• Jelizaveta (1/5): - С трудом нашли ресепшен, никакой инструкции как к ним попасть, только с помощью прохожих смогли найти ресепшен на 7 этаже. Персонала не было на месте, ждали около часа, когда нам ответят на сообщения через приложение booking, а на ватсап вообще не отвечали. Комнаты грязные, прокуренные и с кучей тараканов. Отдельный вид пыток это лифты в здании, полчаса ждать пока он приедет, 2 лифта, один останавливается только на чётных этажах, второй на нечётных

• Deveny (5/5): Wel oké - Goede centrale ligging. Alle faciliteiten en bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. Niet schoon en vrij krap allemaal
• Shadi Lal Kailey (4/5): - Booked big family room but given us very small room. Toilet and bathroom combined 3 feet × 3 feet , not easy to use. Shower not working...locks not working properly even after changing the room key. TV not working. Bedding, towels uncleaned and of low quality. After too much discussion room changed on second day. Phillipino lady is rude and not cooperative..so be careful Location is good
• mmartnz (5/5): - The location was great, near to many establishments. I booked a twin room but they gave us a double bed..it was not comfortable because we couldn't fit in the bed. Also, we paid for a twin room so it would be better if I could refund the difference of the prices of a twin bedroom and a double bedroom. We couldn't meet the lady assigned to our floor because we were always out.but on our first day she told us that at that time, nobody had checked out.but they will transfer us once a twin room is ready. We were there for three nights and 4 days and nothing. We followed up but she said still none. I don't understand why I reserved and paid for a twin room and got a different room.

Está dentro de un edificio como un mercado,parecía que estaba en la India ,hay de todo ,cambio de dinero, artículos para el teléfono,etc. A un paso del paseo de las estrellas. La foto que vende el hotel no es real. El mismo empleado dijo que aquí ya se sabe que las habitaciones no son lo que está en la foto, entonces no las pongan le dije.
• Domantay (1/5): We booked 1 room for 3 person in Block B and it is seaside view but they give us wrong! They put us in Block D and separ - We thought wrongly. We thought its good room Nothing at all
• Hassan (8/5): Good place to stay. Maybe others had bad experience, didn't meet their expectations. But I did. - Location, very close to MTR station and bus stop. Surrounded by shopping mall and close to Victoria Harbour. The Staffs were very helpful, Thanks to Ms Nicole, Mbak Tiwi and other Filipina woman . The elevator.

• Geoffrey (8/5): Very good - Great value for Hong Kong. Perfect location. Not easiest to find and can be long ques for lifts. Small rooms but wasn't problem.
• Jeffrey (7/5): Good - The young lady who looked after my room was very helpful . She cleaned the room well, and removed my rubbish regularly . There was no chair in the room . This meant I had to sit on the bed The cold water was flowing feebly in the bathroom . Difficult to wash my hands I didn't like the slow lift to my 16th floor room but this was a Chunking mansions problem .
• Ray (4/5): Disappointing - The location is right in the center of town. With easy access to every where, variety of food shops. Friendly reception. Room is too small. The air-conditioning was poor in the whole building. Very crowded old building.
