Guest Reviews
- Ivana (7/5): We enjoyed it, beautiful and central location. However, felt unclean - Perfect location and quite up to date Very sandy, first night sleeping and sand at the bottom of beds. Couches unclean making it a little uncomfortable. Cockroaches found in kitchen. Not enough toilet paper. Lack of central PowerPoint
- Bernhard (8/5): Location was amazing ! Comfy and clean! - Location

No high chair for children
- Elizabeth (3/5): - Perfect location, beach across the road, shops nearby, lovely places to walk and dine Apartment needs to be refurbished, painted, new furniture. BBQ dirty, rusty, blind on balcony disintegrating, .Furniture stained. Bathroom/ laundry not user friendly. No full length mirror!. Very poor!
- Margo (6/5): Not as happy as previous visits - Location and brilliant view from balcony Cleaning was a bit hit and miss. Kitchen floor had spills and was sticky. Coffee mug rings on coffee table, glass door out to balcony needed a wipe over. Hate the way the bay now has all the parking metres, makes for an expensive holiday. Hard to fit a big car in the allocated space under accommodation.
- Peter (5/5): it was ok - excellent location cleanliness
- Sharon (5/5): Apartment only in fair condition, overpriced, but in a great location. - Good view and great location, Shoal Bay is a lovely friendly town with good restaurants. So many things we disliked. Whole unit needs an upgrade. Uncomfortable beds, not enough clothes hanging space.. almost no toilet paper provided, poor quality towel, torn and another already dusty. Not enough milk, teabags, coffee for 2 people for 3 days.. several unwelcome insect visitors, cockroaches often. Broken clothes airer on small balcony, tiles missing and big gaps in walls under benches in bathroom and in kitchen cupboard, damaged vertical blinds with gaps, curtains don't close properly.
- Cassandra (8/5): Very good - The view and the location No elevator, and I found the instructions confusing getting from the car park to the actual apartment.
- Vicki (7/5): Location was good. I am not usually a whinger but these issues need to be addressed by you guys. - The view was good. The closeness to what is on offer at Shoal Bay was convenient The mirrors hadn't been cleaned and had spots all over them. the dishes were dirty. 2 of the plates still had dried food on them and out of the 8 glasses, there was not one clean one amongst them. They all looked as though they had been washed in oily water.
There was a lot of noise throughout the night with young people walking past on the last night there, yelling and swearing. The cafe below started banging around, moving out tables straight below us when it was still dark on 2 out of 3 mornings The double rubbish bin cabinet outside on the street was blowing open and shut all night. At the time I didn't know what it was but due to the wind, it had come open because it had obviously it hadn't been closed properly. Verandah was pretty unkept and needed a good clean and tidy. The BBQ was squashed into the corner and facing the wrong way to be used.
- Margo (7/5): Best location - Location is the biggest draw card. No covers on light fixtures, broken blind slats, loose front door , no instructions on how to use washing machine.
- Inderpreet (5/5): Passable - Location was great * ants all over the floor and it seemed like it was not at all clean. Dust over furniture , cobwebs etc
* no body wash or shampoo or any other toiletries were there
* no sheets were laid on the bed, no pillow covers etc.they just wrapped in a bag and thats it.
* bed mattress were super spring and had a backache after a nights sleep
Absolutely not worth the money given the service provided .
- Kevin (3/5): Poor - View and locatiomr Renovations going on in next unit was very noisy some days starting at 7.30 in morning . Spider webs and dust in unit
