• Antonio (1/5): bad experience - in the room there was a deodorant that was terrible, we had to open the windows to get some clean air in. there were no sheets, we had to ask for some, it was not so clean. we left one hour after the check in and dis not stay for the night. yet they asked us for the city tax for the night..quite incredible

• Leigh (4/5): Actual room was fine, but hot. Building was dirty. - Clean, central, had a lift, had a kitchen. Security- front door was open, lock to the door was broken. Stuffy in the room, needs a fan at least. Front entry was dirty and smelt.

• Laura (8/5): Very good - The accommodation was generally fine and served its purpose for a short stay. The location was convenient and close to public transport, which made getting around easy. The check-in process was smooth, and the host/property manager was polite and responsive.

Even if we didn't use equipment, it's always nice to have a fridge One of bed base was broken :/ (and we didn't see the host once we saw it, but I think it will be repair quickly) And maybe the inability of hide the light mornings

Also common areas were good, everything you would need:) Room and common area (including showers and kitchen) were clean and nice, only the entrace to the apartment is a bit rough and unclean. But that was not an issue:) Staff was very polite and nice, I would stay there for another time. Very good for the prise Neighbourhood might be a litlle bit scary at nights, or so i felt. I did not face any issues but it felt a bit sketchy

• Nakia (10/5): Solid location to experience Vienna - Friendly Staff, that provide exceptional communication and assistance. Hotel was located close to a U-Bahn that takes you through the middle of the city and HBF. A solid choice for the price

• Vásquez (7/5): For short instance is ok - We could use the kitchen, was good since it gave us the chance to prepare some breakfast. The guy at there was very kind. We had an small freezer to put out food. Location

• Maria (10/5): It was really good. - The locations was amazing, and because we had the room with terrace we had a great view from the city. Even though it was the more modern part of town it was very quick to get to other parts of Viena. I would just suggest to have a lavatory in a bathroom. I don’t really understand how people wash their hands when they leave the bathroom. Also a trash can in the rooms.
