• BeGh0st (1/5): Mauvaise expérience c'est dommage - La situation géographique. Sécurité : Des mesures supplémentaires seraient nécessaires pour garantir la tranquillité et la sûreté des clients. Propreté : Les serviettes fournies étaient sales et il n’y avait pas de savon dans la chambre, ce qui n’est pas acceptable pour un établissement hôtelier. Accueil et communication : L’hôte s’est montré très agressif et a refusé toute discussion lorsque nous avons demandé, presque trois semaines à l’avance, à modifier nos dates de séjour. Service : Un accueil plus cordial et professionnel améliorerait grandement l’expérience globale. En résumé, l’hôtel gagnerait beaucoup à améliorer l’hygiène, à fournir les équipements de base, et à instaurer un climat d’accueil plus respectueux envers ses clients.

• Louzelle (4/5): - the location was very convenient. the rooms are very small and the bathroom as well. I believe this is very common. The place had no fridge. We had to share a fridge with other people and other people kept stealing our food in the fridge. They did not offer bed change as well we had to get the linen ourselves and change them ourselves. The water offered as warm and did not cool.

• Jeffrey (1/5): Bad - Nothing at all. Bait and switch. Reserved a specific room type on 6th floor with a window. Put in a 7th floor "dungeon" without windows. Grotty, grimy bathroom. One grey, grubby towel. Horrible experience. Left early as room was so disgusting. Whole building is a fire trap.

• Evamae (9/5): It’s a affordable place to stay when you want to stay in TST area. The staffs are accomodating too. - Very good location(TST area), accessible(near bus and train stations), and good staffs. We also like it because they provided us room where we all can stay together instead of being floors away from each other. The lift takes a lot of time and confusing but it’s just a matter of getting used to.

• Catherine (7/5): this property is for those who have a lower budget, but best location specially for first timer in HK - location are the best, nearby mtr, bus station and food establishments, the building itself is not great but our rooms are in different level, clean, good smell, hot and cold shower. Clean linen building itself is not that clean, elevators are problematic but our rooms are the best, they gave us their best unit

I got a room somewhere else - not where the booking information was. * With 10 times I had to speak to turn on the air conditioning because it was often turned off. * The bed was too short. * Only cold water in the shower. * Bugs in the room. * The staff does not keep quiet all night ( in the neighboring room with a much higher standard than my room they lie on the beds and talk loudly on the phone. Plus for the cleaning lady-very nice woman.

• Maria (4/5): Ok but won’t come back - The location is good. The staff was nice and helpful. The doors had great security. It was cheap.. so it was convenient. It was not really clean, there was a dead cockroach in the back of the bed… it was “superficially” clean, only on the visible parts. The shower was broken and it was really hard to use it. The building is a bit mess and the 2 women on our party were a bit uncomfortable with the stares.
• Loc (8/5): Good for few day staying, keep your price competitive so customer will come back - Good location, on Nathan road which is the main road of the city. It is close to many tourist attractions. There are many currency exchange on the ground floor offering the best rate. The room has a window which I liked. It is clean. For few day staying it is quite good. If you have not been to this kind of mansion in HK before you will have a hard time finding where your block, your room, and the check in check out reception desk is. The room is narrower and tighter than I expected even I am a small person. The shower is very small.

• Andrea (7/5): Very honest review... - Location - nearby MTR, shops, restaurants, attractions, malls, park, etc. Staff (Sonu - brother's owner) - he is very helpful and accomodates all inquiries. Bathroom - has heater Room at the 13th floor where we were transferred to is spacious. I don't want to be in the 6th floor, ever in my life or afterlife, again! BTW, the owner has a couple of units within Mirador Mansion, so possibly expect that you may be transferred to another unit in the same or different floors. Oh, one more thing, they failed to answer any inquiries before the actual check in. So better to use Whatsapp when contacting them, don't use the messaging from booking.com. They don't allow luggage storage if you need to checkout and roam around the city more, you are requested to pay another night. It is recommended to book this place with an option for a full refund, or pay at the hotel. especially if you will stay at 6F, trust me! I didnt see their units at the 6F, so no hate on that, but the whole 6F environment is a whole different story, man! 13th Floor, again, is better. As the address says here, it is located at Flat F3 6 Floor at Mirador Mansion. I know beforehand that Mirador Mansion is just like Chungking Mansion. Set up is like a big building with different owners leasing their unit and branding it as a hotel. So I ddin't expect too much, at the same time, all the hotels during this HK Golden Week holiday are very, very expensive. The amount we paid for 2 nights is already the same price if we booked at real 4/5-star hotels like the Regal or Kimberley or Holiday Inn. When you first get to the 6F, once those elevator doors opened, you will feel like you are in a very scary place you see at movies, where you think you won't come out alive or whole. It was filthy, smelled like poop and garbage. You would immediately regret your decision. And the unit is hard to find! It was in the back corner, so you would have no choice but to go around the whole floor. What they didn't tell you is the reception is on the 8th floor. You either go up the stairs or go back down to the Ground floor, to transfer to another elevator and go to the reception. The owner saw us thru cctv so he was the one to ask me to go up the 8f via stairs so we can check in. The owner's brother said we'll not be using the 6th floor (thank God! I dont want to be there) and we'll be transferred to another unit in the 7th floor. He showed us the room, but when he saw that my companions are all seniors, he said he'll transfer us to a better, spacious room at the 13F (LONDON). We were still hesitant at first but when the elevator doors opened at the 13F, it was definitely, definitely far from the 6F environment. I mean it's a good different. The room is truly more spacious than the one on the 7th, the bathroom/toilet is small but will do. My uncle just had to constantly fix the toilet since it doesnt flush properly all the time. There was only 1 towel, but they gave us the extra towels when we requested for it.
• Jeff (1/5): A night to Forget in Hong Kong - The location was very good. The bedrooms in reality no way reflect the images shown on Booking.com. The 2 rooms we booked were reasonably clean, however, the double smelled of the drains, was very small & whilt the bed sheet was washed their were still stains showing on it. The Shower was a sink with an unafixed shower head hanging in the Sink & that was your shower. The rooms were the worst value I have ever booked on all of my bookings with booking.com. The bedroom window in the double room could not be closed & the bedroom curtains were 2 pieces of material hanging loosely which could not be adjusted & therefore let in the light to the bedroom at sunrise. The whole place was more like a poor man's hostel, however, we paid 4 star Hotel prices for 1 night. We would definitely never book this accommodation, or any of their affiliated properties ever again.

• Cassar (7/5): Good but with a more helpful staff it could be excellent. - The locality of the place is excellent, close the the airport, and exactly in front of the metro and close to the West Kowloon Harbour ferry. Very good strategic place to start off on tours. The staff was not so helpful. At my second stay they wanted to give me a room without shower and toilet though I paid for such room. Anyway, they finally gave me a room with included a shower abd toilet. Thete were also a couple of cocroachrs which I killed. However foe me this was not such an isdue since the excellent central location of the place still made imy stay worthwhile.
