- Tanya (10/5): Amazing stay - It was so close to everything we were able to walk almost everywhere. The Empire State Building, Times Square, Central Park, Museum of Natural History, Penn Station, Madison Square Gardens just to name a few all in walking distance. We were very close to a little shop that made great hamburgers and pizza places that were amazing. The hosts also let us check in early and gave us perfect directions to get there. Always so nice and gave clear instructions.
- Dulat (1/5): Bad - Old rooms, towels and sheets are not fresh, terrible smells of one room
- James (5/5): All in all the location was pretty good, the space was quite and provided comfort during our stay. - Its a nice apartment once out of the stairwell that coulddo with a lick of paint The bath room needs refurbishment., The WC has a cracked cistern which leaked onto floor particularly when refilling. The shower needs a new valve on the wall

- Robert (5/5): We needed a 2BR in that area so great from location. The property was average for a 5 night stay. - Location This property was in a 4th walk up in a tenement. The apartment has been upgraded and had all the needed appliances, utensils, lighting, etc. one radiator was releasing steam in small amounts. I called. No one fixed it. We could have used extra blankets for winter. It truly had 2 bedrooms. Needed more wash clothes. No pasta strainer, cutting board, vegetable pleeler, or hot glove. No recycling instruction. Only warm water in shower.
