• Jeff (10/5): Had a great time, and the rental worked out extremely well. - Really cool area right by Little Havana district. Tons of great food very close by. The rental was a very good price while still being close to all the things we wanted to do in Miami. The bed was not my favorite ever, but was not bad.

• Joel (10/5): Great - Everything is as it looks just a bit smaller. Really is a bang for your buck and would recommend. I travel for work in my Ram 3500, big truck and the parking spaces are very tight for it. Just something to keep in mind for future guests !
• Joel (10/5): - I travel a lot for work as a PM in construction. I can honestly say this place is exactly as it shows. Very comfortable, very accessible, close to downtown, etc etc. I drive a large truck for work so parking is a little tight but that's a niche issue. Had one issue with the wifi where it had gone out but the host jumped on top of it and got it corrected very quickly. Not much space for personal toiletries in the bathroom, but if that’s the biggest issue, then things are still looking pretty good.

• Laurie (10/5): Had a fantastic stay and would rate as 11 if possible! - The rental was clean and stocked with everything a traveler could need. The location is great- just a short walk to restaurants, including the famous Versailles, and its Cuban coffee houses. You can have a cortido with steamed evaporated milk for about $1.50 with a great conversation with others. Nothing at all.

Breakfast wasn’t included but the owner did arrange some basic shopping for me as requested with coffee & milk supplies which we reimbursed so thank you. Everything was pretty good thanks. Perhaps a bedside cabinet with a bedside lamp would make it a little more comfortable when going to bed.
• Orlando (9/5): Safe and efficient space to be based in Miami - Small but very thoughtfully decorated and furnished to meet most of a traveler’s needs. A clean and secure space away from city noises but convenient to a restaurants and businesses. Very responsive and accommodating host. Good parking space provided. Location is not bad but definitely need a car to go anywhere. Unit 3 requires negotiating a few tight steps to get in but once in the unit you’re ok.

• Bivolaru (8/5): Very good - The room had everythibg you need for a whose week, it was clean enough, the location was great, the owner was super nice and friendly, ready to help with anything. For this money, it was perfect! The check-in was simple and fast, the location really good, and we felt really safe there. It was a little bit outdated, and you hear everything the neighbours upstairs are doing. Wasn't so unconfortable for us as they only came in our last two days. Overall, we recommend it and we would check-in again.

• Monika (1/5): Double-Booked, Unsafe Alternative, and Poor Communication - Despite re-confirming my booking with the property on the morning of my stay, I arrived in the evening to find the place double-booked, with no prior notification. When I messaged the owner to clarify, I followed the provided instructions only to find no keys in the lockbox. In response, I received nothing but a positive emoji (attached for reference). After waiting, a lady appeared and informed me the property was double-booked. Booking.com later confirmed they were unaware of the issue until I reported it. Which makes me believe, that the property also lied to me, that they were trying to contact Booking.com. I managed to contact Booking.com pretty quickly. This left me stranded, scrambling for an alternative. The alternative provided by the accommodation felt unsafe and did not meet the quality or value of the original booking, which had already been paid for. This experience has been profoundly disappointing, and I strongly advise against booking this property. It felt unsafe, and I shudder to think what might have happened had I stayed. A previous review (from 18.12.2024, which I only spotted after) shows some similar issues, and my experience suggests it will happen again. Please avoid this place and always filter reviews by "newest first".

Very clean and tidy. Door had extra locks that helped make you feel secure. Would be nice place for a few day. Stayed one night, came in late then off on a cruise. Instructions to get in was confusing as it gave code for room 1 then directed to go up stairs to 3. Key worked for room 1

This hidden gem is perfectly situated—close to the International airport and just minutes away from Miami Beach. Prime Location is unbeatable: supermarkets, restaurants, museums, and parks are all within easy reach. Immaculate Accommodation: the apartment is spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed for restful night’s sleep. The whisper-quiet A/C is great. TV has all the channels and streaming services you need. Charming Decor: the apartment is tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It’s the little details that make a difference, and this place nails it. My wife loved the modern and vibrant yet sober colors if furniture and all decor items. The coffee espresso machine stole our hearts! There’s nothing like a freshly brewed cup every once in a while. Exceptional Hosts: Yudith and Pepe are warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable since the very first call I made to Pepe to get some info about te type of coffee maker they had at the apartment so we could buy the proper coffee (pods, capsules, filters). Pepe's and Yudith’s friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. Overall Perfection: From location to comfort, convenience to cleanliness, Luna Y Sol ticks all the boxes. And the honest pricing? A cherry on top. Thank you, Yudith and Pepe, for an unforgettable experience. We’ll be back! We only regret not having more time to stay a few more days, because the accommodation was perfect...

Booking tricked on me showing one price, charging doble without chance of can - The price of the booking was 97 dolars, once I introduce my card it said 179 dolars and the system did not allow me to cancel the booking. I tried to contact the host in this very moment but was impossible. They did not picked the phone. So I had to go to the place and they said they will not cancel since was booking responsability for fixing the final price. I think this is a fradu. You showed me one price and then charged another and did not allow to cancel ... not even 1 minute after the booking.... terrible

Prices were really good for how nice the apartment was, basically came completely stocked with little appliances and even snacks and drinks. Pleasantly surprised with how nice everything was. This probably was something the owner wasn’t aware of so I don’t blame them at all, but the room we were staying in had an AC that leaked a LOT of water, to the point where we had to place a bowl under it so it didn’t spill over the counter. I brought it to the host’s attention so hopefully it will be fixed before another visitor arrives

Not a big problem for me, but a little small if you are comparing to hotel room with large bathroom vanities and closets to hang clothes in. Again, not a problem for me, but there was a band playing music next door on Saturday night. I liked the music! Slept immediately both nights.
