• Valery (1/5): Поверьте это худшее место в моей путешествующих истории это просто ужас почему я там остался меня встречала большая спящ - Ничего кроме локации Это не гостиница и не гостиничный дом это кафе в котором есть несколько номеров где живут местные рабочие и видимо их семьи с детьми там постоянные там нету там все прослушивается кругом дети плачут это очень плохо мне предложили номер без окна за 500 000 донгов когда я приехал в эту локацию мне женщина сказала что я попол не по адресу это не локация так которая сдаётся на booking.com но она может мне помочь за 500 000 сдать вот комнату на втором этаже без окна я бы этот так сказать отель выкинул бы из Booking

• Guest (3/5): Host was kind. Rooms lack maintenance very badly, it is humid, a weird smell and mold on the walls. - The host was very kind. We arrived late and he sat and waited for us. The entire apartment does not look like it does on the pictures anymore. The pictures are from when it was completely new. It seems like nothing has been maintained since it was newly built. There is mold on the walls, humid and smells weird.

• Galin (9/5): Not bad but laundry upstairs not in room and water leaking from the Ceiling. - nice two rooms , kitchen, elevator , there was a leakage from the suspended ceiling in one of the rooms , we had to put a bottle to collect the leaking water .

• Chi (5/5): Passable - I paid in USD the night we arrived and the next morning the guy told me I gave "old" US bills so the exchange rate wasn't good so I had to pay more. Also there's currently a construction nextdoor they started working 6:30 AM every morning even on weekends and the last night we were there literally pumping cement 2 AM so loud can't sleep. However, the front desk guy really nice and helped with everything also response on Booking.com very fast. Soundproof bad though can hear everything outside.
• Hendrik (4/5): cheap and you see why - It's definitely cheap! The location is ok and the guard (?), who let us in, was eager to help but was only there for 2 days or so. There is a elevator, too. It was helpful that you are able to wash your stuff yourself and there is also a dryer, which helped a lot since we travelled with an infant. The apartment appeared old and definitely needs a renovation. The floor, the walls etc. plus it was not that clean. Furthermore, the TV did not work and the remote for the aircon was broken, too. We only got a new one after three days. We had to ask for basic stuff that we think should be provided, like hair dryer (which they got for us, which was nice). Also be aware that you need to bring toilet paper or trash bags (there is nothing to put trash into) yourselves. There were ants, too. Not a big deal but also not nice. Overall we were a bit underwhelmed.
• Erlandas (8/5): Value for money - Location is perfect, wifi was good, apartment is you get what you pay for. Its in a calmer area of the city, plenty of beautiful scenery & lots of cafes around. Has a pharmacy & circkle k nearby. I was unlucky and there were some construction or whatever happening outside.
• Anuar (8/5): Value for money - Location is pretty quiet and walking distance to the lake with lots of cafe around. Its a strategic location and very nearby Pan Pacific Hotel and one convenient store nearby. Shower heater takes time to heat and can provide better towels perhaps.

• Erkan (10/5): Cheap, clean and comfortable - Staff are very friendly. Sofa in the living room was uncomfortable but we requested two pillows and the landlady sent us. It was very nice and comfortable afterwards. Very clean by housekeeping. Moreover there was 24 hours security at the entrance of apartment. The location is perfect. Market and restaurants are very close. Near to lakeside for walking.
• Shai (7/5): Some things require improvement, but okay - There was an elevator, air conditioning, nice bath, kitchen and two bedrooms with wardrobes and enough room. City center, in a quite corner street (but not in a luxury area). The bedsheets weren't changed when we came. No towel for the floor of the bathroom. Mattresses are very hard, though I slept well. Should paint the room walls where necessary and clean the dust behind the TV...

• Haylie (8/5): Good for longer stay - We stayed for 5 weeks and felt like it had a great location with many cafes and restaurants nearby, pretty comfortable for a longer stay, kind staff. There is also a washer and dryer available which was very useful, and an elevator. The bed and couch were a bit hard in my opinion, and the drain in the bathroom stunk occasionally (especially if the fan was turned on). Had a little bit of an ant problem but cleaning came 2x/week and there was ant killer spray provided.
