• Hiroaki (4/5): 民泊だからこんなもん？と割りきれるかどうか。 - ロケーションはよい！ メトロ御堂筋線大国町駅とJR今宮駅どちらも近いため大阪観光の拠点としてはよいです。 近辺にコンビニ、コインランドリーが豊富なのも便利。 チェックイン時刻の16時を少し過ぎて到着したところ、スタッフが清掃中だった。 すぐに終わったので、これはまだよいのですが、 ・トイレを一度使用したら詰まった。 　→問い合わせた時間が18時を過ぎていたため、スタッフに対応してもらうことはできず、シャワーを流し込むなど自分で対応し、何とか解決した。 ・備え付けの洗濯機がエラー連発で使用できるつもりでいたのに予定が狂った。 　→洗濯機のロック機構に不具合があるようで、ロック部分を一度指で押し込むことでなんとか動作した。 　→乾燥フィルターにゴミがたまったままだったため洗濯・乾燥しようとしたところ、乾燥がエラーで止まって生乾きになってしまった。 上記のようにトイレ、洗濯機の掃除を余儀なくされた。 お金を払って利用しているのに、なぜ自分が清掃しないといけないのか。 全額とまではいわないが、一部でも返金してほしい。 そんな対応のせいで予定が狂った。 ・どこかに記載があったのであれば見落としですが、エレベーターのない4階だったので荷物が多かったため大変だった。 　階段のみであることをわかりやすく記載してほしい。

• Chelmis (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - -new washer -soft beds -spacious -bathroom was horrific, dirty, water leaking from the ceiling, old and mouldy -sink outside the bathroom and poorly made -whole apartment was dusty and dirty -only small towels provided, had to ask for bigger ones -Poor location, 7 minutes from the metro, but far from the main locations of Osaka -Weird smell of sulfur occasionally -no privacy, separated from stairs only by thin glass -bad view -Fake photos of bathroom

• Toon (5/5): Good value and location if you are willing to put up with some downsides - The apartment room had a lot of space and plenty of tables and chairs to sit down. There are plenty of convenient shops and restaurants nearby. The train station is a short walk away. The bed wasn't very good because it was too soft and you could feel the springs. The cables on the floor were really messy and all over the ground near the bed. The bed sheet covers were so loose they came off so easily. There was quite a lot of mold especially in the toilet. There was not much space to shower and the position of the shower curtain was a it awkward making it a bit difficult to shower. The stairs to the apartment are very steep and are a little narrow. It can be difficult if you have lots of luggage. There is no elevator
• Mikki (8/5): One night short stay near station - Comfy bed, welcome tea bags were a nice touch. There were half eaten food left im the fridge. Stairs only hard for travellers with bigger suitcase, would be nice to have electric outlet near working desk area for laptop. No TV and bathtub is really really small
