• simona (6/5): La posizione molto comoda, adatto a studenti o giovani - la posizione Il pavimento non era perfettamente pulito, ma il letto e il bagno erano in ordine e ben tenuti. La stanza si trova al piano inferiore, direttamente sulla strada.

• PENELOPE (4/5): Disappointing stay as glasses were dirty & only one wine glass! No toilet paper provided. Would not stay again - It was spacious. Glasses & cups were dirty like they were used & put away. Only one wine glass. Timber floor was dusty. No toilet paper.

• Ibzan (5/5): The apartment is located at the basement of the building. The owner is rude and not accommodatiing. - Clean place with nice location. No mosquito net as described in the apartment contents; no aircon and temperature is humid and hot; but it's tolerable. It'scthe attitiude of the owner that we did not like. He is rude. He told us not to book in his apartment when we called to ask information about how we can get in his apartment. He does not want to be contacted; he is not accommodating.

• Maria Ballester server (10/5): 10/10! - Nos encantó. Está en Navigli pero no en el meollo de los bares (7 minutos andando), así que es tranquilo. Tiene un minimarket enfrente y una parada de tranvía al lado también. Además está súper nuevo y chulísimo decorado. Está 'bajo tierra', pero aún así és bastante luminoso. Y el chico con el que hablamos por mensajes muy majo. Has de tener en cuenta que está a unos 25 minutos del centro en tranvía. Por lo que solo lo recomiendo para una noche (o más) , y además, la quieres aprovechar para tomar algo tranquilamente en el barrio. Si sólo quieres visitar el centro te pilla más lejos.

• Andrew (8/5): Very good - A basement / lower ground apartment, so kept fairly cool in the hot weather. Very spacious. Clean and comfortable. Convenient for the canal district. A metro journey or a 30 minute walk to central Milan. No view from the bedroom windows as the rooms are below street level.
• Jeff (10/5): You plan and search for good places to stay to make your trip a great one...just book this place. - Host was great. Apartment was spacious...there were 6 of us, parents and 4 kids ages 12-20. Navigli neighborhood is really vibrant. Very metro accessible. Great if you're flying into Linate (on the metro line and a relatively quick trip) vs. MXP (which requires a train to Milan Centrale) Lots of restaurants close by.
• Bronte (3/5): Book elsewhere - The location was good and Filippo was a very responsive host however the apartment did not meet our expectations. It was easy to find and he provided photos on how to get in to the apartment. This apartment could have a lot of potential if it was deep cleaned and cared for a bit better. It was fine for our one night stay but I wouldn’t stay any longer This apartment is not “Deluxe” in the slightest. It doesn’t look anything like the photos. The spare toilet paper was dirty and wet like it had been dropped and placed back on the holder. Toilet/ bathroom door does not close properly and one of the bedroom doors doesn’t open without getting caught on the ground. Mould in the shower and throughout the bathroom. The sliding door outside was left open when we arrived which didn’t make us feel that safe. The street is right next to the bedroom windows so it’s very loud. We also found the bed uncomfortable and who knows if the sheets were cleaned properly either. The couch looked grubby as well

• Martin (8/5): Very good - Spacious apartment, it was warm when we got there (we visited the place in November in cold weather). The bathroom was large. The place was clean, the living room was very big. The kitchen is well equipped. The host left coffee and tea for us. The towels were wet, and I could smell the mold. It's in -1 floor, so the windows in the bedrooms are on the floor of the street in front
• Samyak (10/5): Exceptional - Very convenient location, host arranged clothes to be washed and was able to check out 30 minutes after scheduled time. Overall a brilliant experience and would strongly recommend.

The external part of the shower needs a little cleaning as there were small mould stains. The shower head needs to be cleaned properly as well. It would be nice if the accommodation had a full mirror and better lighting.

• Kamilla (6/5): Pleasant - Floor, kitchen and dining table. Apartment needs much more caring: shower, sofas need proper cleaning or rather replacement. 1 of the bed sheet had wholes. Unfortunately the noice of street comes in straight in the bedrooms, hard to sleep. Based on the photos we've expected better conditions.

• Stephanie (9/5): Superb - The apartment is spacious and in an excellent location. It is a basement apartment but there's natural light from the expansive living room windows. The neighborhood is lively and there's no shortage of excellent restaurants like Belé. You can walk to the Duomo in less than 40 minutes and there are many cute shops along the way. The self-check-in was easy and uncomplicated. The host, Filippo, is reachable and responsive should you need anything. If you come by car, parking could be a challenge depending on the time of year you visit. The private parking lot/garage closest to the apartment and recommended by the host gets terrible reviews so we took our chances on the street and had no problem finding a spot near the apartment. We paid €22/day. Both bedrooms face the street so if you are a light sleeper you may be awakened by the restaurant across the street when it closes for the evening or the trash collectors. Our teens didn't hear a thing. This is just a preference for white bedsheets and towels versus dark brown.
