Our host Benedicto explained everything thoroughly and always available if you need any help. Would definitely recommend this property if you’re visiting Rome :)

• Evgenii (9/5): Nice place in the entire center of the city - The place is quite new, so everything inside is also new and clean. There were enough kitchen utensils for us to make a breakfast. We were also welcomed with enough coffee capsules for a week-long stay. Really well located — super close to many touristic places, but on a quiet street. There are also lots of restaurants around. But be ready to deal with a bus or use taxi as closest metro station is about 20 mins walk away. There was enough space inside for 3-4 people in 2-bedroom apartment with a shared room to spend time together. Hosts were also very welcoming and helpful with some recommendations. There was not enough hot water for 3 people to take a shower in a raw. So the third had to wait for a wile. We were also a bit overwhelmed with different instructions of what and how to do and not to in the apartment. Still ready to recommend this place to friends and relatives.

The apartment is well located in the heart of Rome, within walking distance of the tourist hotspots only 10 minutes away from the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and The Pantheon. There are an abundance of shops, restaurants and cafes in proximity of the apartment as well as a supermarket which is very convenient. The apartment is as pictured and spacious enough for our group of 4 people. We appreciated the air con since it was 35 degrees during our stay and loved the high ceilings and that the home was clean and modern. The apartment has a separate gated entrance so we felt very safe and had a very comfortable stay! The bathroom requires extra hangers for towels.

They really cared about our holiday in Rome and kept in regular contact with advice and recommendations on places of interest while we were there. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Everything we needed for our stay was there. It is ideally situated for most of the major attractions and not very far from the Trevi fountain and Pantheon. It has full WiFi and everything within the apartment is of a very high standard. Our host, Benedetto, made sure we made the very best of our stay in Rome. I would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Rome. Thank you Casa Prefetti team. You and the accommodation were superb. Nothing
