• Marie-Josée (7/5): Les photos sont magnifiques, l’endroit est bien. - L’emplacement La propreté, il y a beaucoup de moisissures au plafond de la salle de bain également.
• Julia (8/5): Appartement spacieux et bien situé - Appartment spacieux et lumineux, très bien équipé. Le lit est confortable. Machine à laver et sèche linge disponibles, coûtant 3,25$CAD chacun. Logement idéalement situé dans le centre ville de Québec. Hôte disponible et très réactif. Les voisins sont parfois bruyants. Les rideaux n'occultent pas complètement la lumière du soleil. Le pommeau de douche n'est pas mobile, seule la version fixée au mur est disponible. Il y a parfois des personnes sans abris qui se promènent dans la rue, cela ne donne pas vraiment confiance. Drôle d'odeur dans certains lieux communs (ascenseur).

• Yeny Guerrero (10/5): Gracias por ser parte del sueño de nuestra hija de conocer la nieve y sus 15 años... - La ubicación cerca a varios sitios de interés turístico, el costo del parqueadero es más económico en relación al viejo Quebec, la amabilidad del anfitrión, es muy organizado... El sector tiene muchos habitantes de la calle, pero ellos no te hacen nada, pero genera desconfianza...de resto todo perfecto, me volvería a hospedar, buena relación calidad y precio...
• Arnaud (6/5): Logement correct - Le logement et la literie correcte L insécurité à cause des SDF et des voisins + ascenseur en travaux donc 3 étages raides et étroits à monter avec de lourds bagages et une personne handicapée.
• Camila (7/5): - La chambre était propre et on avait tout le nécéssaire. La chambre était propre et on avait tout le nécéssaire. Par contre, nous étions avec une personne avec un d éficience intellectuelle qui est un peu lent pour marcher et monter des escaliers et l'ascenseur était non fonctionnel et nous étions au 3e étage et les escaliers étaient pas très larges donc on a eu un peu de difficulté à ce niveau. Aussi, je comprends que hors de votre controle, mais en avant du batiment il y a eu une bataille puisqu'en face il y a un hébergement pour itinérants. La police a du venir. Il avait une personne blessée et nous étions une famille avec un enfant de 9 ans donc j'ai du éviter qu'il voit ça.

• Murielle (8/5): - Bel appartement. Tout y est. Il ne manque rien du tout. Keurig et Netlifx inclus :) Lit confortable. Ce fut tres facile de checker-in. Emplacement très sympa dans St Roch. Beaucoup de restaurants, bars et épiceries. Quartier très vivant. Nous avons pu trouver facilement du stationnement gratuit entre 17h et 9h puisque nous sortions de la ville pour aller skier. Le week-end c'est gratuit pas mal partout aussi. Les instructions qui venaient avec la réservation étaient parfaites et très complètes. Mauvaise insonorisation donc on entend les voisins mais avec des bouchons d'oreille, cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir.

• ERIC (5/5): Loft de la cité - Québec - La réservation était prévue à partir de 16 heures et lors de notre arrivée, le ménage n’était pas fait et la chambre pas préparée !!! J’ai envoyé un message à la centrale qui m’a indiqué que la chambre serait prête à partir de 16H30 car il y avait un peu de retard suite à une surcharge de travail pour le personnel !!!! Par contre aucune réponse à ma demande de geste commercial pour ce retard !!! Service pas très sérieux . Ce n’est pas la première fois que j’utilisais cette résidence et auparavant je n’avais aucune remarque à faire … dommage qu’un simple employé administratif gâche la réputation de cette structure hôtelière !!!

• Elodie (6/5): Ok for one night - - location was fine in front of the library and close to really nice restaurants - bedding was good - kitchen seems well equipped - the place was basic and wasn't really decorated - the fan is super loud and you can't sleep with it - not sound proof (could hear people in the corridor clearly and upstairs neighbour) - not cheap

• David (6/5): - Le logement est facile d'accès et sécurisé grâce aux différents digicodes. La literie est confortable et l'équipement est complet. Il y a un parking payant juste à côté. Le quartier est très bruyant en soirée et la nuit. Le logement mériterait un petit rafraîchissement.

• Monika (9/5): Comfortable and relaxing stay right in the heart of Quebec City. - We liked the central location of Initial. Short walk to restaurants and other locations downtown and a fairly short walk to the old historic town of Quebec. Initial is located right across the street from the new public library, which is beautiful inside and out! The street was a bit noisy, especially on Friday morning when the street cleaning truck came by 4 times! Also loud with people partying and being obnoxious until all hours of the morning.

• Shin (10/5): It’s a great and comfortable experience! If I go back to Quebec, this is definitely my first choice!👍🏻 - It is near by a bus station so it is really convenient to go anywhere! There is a half glass between the shower room and toilet so it is a little bit cold during showering. If it could be changed to a sliding door, the stay will be prefect!
