• Torok Gabor (5/5): Value for money for a short stay. - The location is generally alright: streets are safe, even in the evening and it was close to an event that I attended. The flat is close to the underground and some tram services. Otherwise, the location is a bit off-central, but it is reflected in the price. The shared bathroom, the cleanliness and the collection of keys had been challenging. Perhaps, upon arrival, you should provide a key-set to access all doors.

• Melinda Petra (7/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut gelegen. Das Zimmer war relativ sauber und Betten waren gemütlich. Im Zimmer war ein sehr starkes Parfüm zu riechen, was sehr unangenehm war und trotz Lüftung immernoch intensiv war. Das Gemeinschaftsbad könnte öfters am Tag gesäubert werden. Die Gemeinschaftsküche war schmutzig und mit wenig Ausrüstung.
• Deering (3/5): Shouldn’t be on Booking.com in my opinion. - Room was very basic, not as nice as photos, beds were comfortable. Rather seedy area and apartment block with broken window and graffiti at entrance. Stairwell was dank & dirty with no handrail and the automatic light went out half way up a flight so we were left in the dark. No instructions on what to do in event of a fire. Listing was misleading as it appeared you had an entire apartment, whereas all facilities apart from bedroom were shared. Kitchen poorly equipped with no glasses, one mug and a dirty pan. Occupants of the next room were very noisy and no attempt was made by the owners to address this. Quite a few loose wires and a cracked electrical socket didn’t add to the experience. We moved to another hotel one day into our stay and I didn’t appreciate several calls to my mobile from the owner asking why we had left and requesting photos. I also had a text asking me to cancel the rest of our stay so they could relist it - I had paid for the whole stay!!

• Amelie (1/5): Nie wieder! - Die Lage war für uns günstig. Es war extrem schmutzig und verwahrlost. Das Zimmer zum Check in noch nicht gerichtet. Die Heizung fiel aus. Am letzen Tag war das Klo widerlich verstopft und wurde trotz Telefonats mit Vermieter 12 h lang nicht gerichtet. Das Haus selbst ist extrem verwahrlost. Wie so etwas überhaupt, zu gesalzenen Preisen, hier angeboten werden kann, ist mir völlig unverständlich. Und die Bewertungen auf dem Portal kann ich mir auch nur mit betrug erklären.

• Elina (9/5): Affordable and easy to access accommodation near the Vienna Hauptbahnhof - It was good value for your money and near the train station. Kitchen for everyone to use and the apartment had a balcony. Would have been nice to have a peeler in the kitchen. Otherwise it had everything I needed. Very affordable and good location.

• Mira (1/5): Unprofessional Management and Poor Facilities - Location I made my reservation at this property on 10/05/2025, about four months before arrival. At the time, I received an email confirmation that our room would be Room No. 11. However, on the morning of our arrival (12/09/2025), I was surprised to receive another email stating that our room had been changed to Room No. 14. After settling into Room No. 14, two days later (on 14/09), I received another email telling me that my father and I had to move back to Room No. 11 because Room No. 14 had been reserved for other guests who were arriving and needed the three beds. This was very frustrating. It is not reasonable to lose half a day of our holiday and cut our sightseeing time in Vienna just to pack, carry luggage downstairs, and unpack again, especially since this went against the original agreement at the time of booking. I don’t believe this was an innocent mistake; it seemed deliberate to maximize profit, since when we checked in, it was already occupied. When we arrived in Room No. 11 on the lower floor, we discovered that the shower had no hot water and the heater wasn’t working at all (photo attached). To get hot water, we had to go upstairs, where there was only one bathroom with a functioning heater. That single bathroom was shared by six rooms, each with two to three people on average, meaning one bathroom was serving around 15 people. We had to wait in line just to take a hot shower or even wash our face or hands. This was especially difficult because I was traveling with my father, who is 72 years old and not able to go up and down the stairs multiple times just to access hot water. On top of that: • The beds were of poor quality and made loud creaking noises with every movement. • The curtains were thin and let in a lot of light, which disturbed our sleep. • There were no tissues in the bathroom unless we specifically asked for them.

• YS (10/5): - Good location, 2 stops to central train/bus station. There are trams, bus, metro line in 5 minutes walk. at least 5 big supermarket in 5~6 minutes walk. A big traditional morning market in 10 minutes, many shops and restaurants in 5 minutes walk. Nice staff. A lift in building helps me a lot😆. The room is spacious and bright. A private refrigerator in room is also a plus. The shared kitchen provides basic cooking function and tableware. During my staying, the heater of hot water in shower room is broken that I have to use other shower room upstair shared with many guest of rooms. The apartment smells too strong of perfume😅

• Ian (7/5): Room 11 - Room was clean and check-in instructions were comprehensive. The block itself was not the best but that is no reflection on the hosts. Kitchen was well stocked with everything required for a short stay. Room has good natural light with easy access to a full balcony. A few chairs outside would have been nice. Great view of the surrounding area and the sun filled the balcony well. Shared Bathroom and toilet were well stocked and clean. Walls are paper thin, and I was woken up at 3 in the morning by other residents clumping around. No fault to the hosts though, it cannot be helped sometimes. Some people have no consideration for others. One thing I did take umbrance to was that the hosts texted asking for €3 "tourist tax" to be left on the table. Tourist tax is paid when booking. So, why ask for cash to be left in the room? If they are desperate for €3 more, why not put it on the price of the room?

• Mosadak (8/5): Very good - Location is really great for the price you pay. I would book it again for a short stop in Vienna! As the owners are new to this business I believe they relay on a constructive feedback that help them to improve. For me my recommendation is to pay a bit more attention to the cleanliness.
