• Petra (6/5): - Naše třetí návštěva a bohužel tentokrát zklamání. Hned po příchodu do pokoje nás praštil hrozný smrad z cigaret, který nešel vyvětrat. Situaci jsme řešili s majitelkou, která potvrdila, že někdo v pokoji dlouhodobě kouřil. Bohužel nebyl k dispozici žádný jiný apartmán a tak nám nabídla alespoň částečnou kompenzaci. Každopádně pobyt nám to hodně zkazilo, protože v pokoji se nedalo absolutně být. Celou noc jsme museli mít otevřená okna a mrzli. Jednalo se o apartmán 512.

• Martina (9/5): - Blízko nádraží Kousek od centra Ticho klid Po dlouhé době konečně apartmán, kde byla vytřená podlaha a celkově uklizeno.

• Andrea (7/5): - Pokoj číslo 2 byl v pořádku. Byli jsme ubytování na 5 nocí a na přespání to úplně stačí. Bála jsem se hlavně otvírání dveří po předchozím čtení komentářů, ale bylo to naprosto v pořádku. Musíte mít zapnuté připojení na mobilu, abyste přes aplikaci otevřeli hlavní dveře do budovy a potom otevřeli pokoj od bytu. Kuchyň byla vybavena, jen nám chyběla konvice nebo kávovar. Byla tam moka konvice bez kávy. Co se nám nelíbilo bylo hlavně světlo během noci u postele. Do okna svítí světlo z průjezdu přímo do okna. I když máte závěs, tak během noci je strašné světlo.
• MiWiWo (9/5): - Gut gelegenes Anlage. 5 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof. Ca. 15 Minuten bis ins Zentrum Apartment könnte etwas gemütlicher eingerichtet sein. Vielleicht ein paar Bilder an die Wand. Im Schlafbereich Kommode Sessel, dann wäre es nicht so karg.
• Helena (9/5): Sehr bequeme und gut positionierte Wohnung in Pilsen. - Sehr schöne und bequem eingerichtete Wohnung in einer sehr güntstigen Lage. Vieles war zu Fuß erreichbar, inkl. Brauerei. :-) In der Wohnung war sehr warm, auch in Dezember. Obwohl sich die Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Nähe des HBFs befindet, ist die Schalldämmung richtig gut und wir haben keine Außengeräusche gehört. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe lief alles reibungslos, mir war nur die Kommunikation davor ein bisschen wenig, daher war ich etwa verunsichert. Aber, nach der Ankuft hat alles perfekt funktioniert, inklusive Tiefgaragenplatz und alle nötigen Infos. Gerne wieder! Kein Geschirrspüler.

• MarchingHome (9/5): Great location, very clean - shower could use improvement - Great location, very clean, very spacious. The apartment feels very new. The bed is great. The bathroom is just fine, with some room for improvement with the shower (see below). The lady that welcomed us was very friendly. Everything was clear. I see other reviews talking about a lack of English, but it was no problem. A few words of English were used (you can't say she's not trying), but that was more than enough, together with hands and feet. All the information that was necessary for us, was prepared in written form. For all the rest, just use a translation app. You are a guest in their country. Location: just a few minutes walking from the main train station. Also just 15 minutes by foot to the city center, and in between the apartment and the city center you find a large supermarket. The shower could be improved on two fronts: - There is no curtain or wall, so you have to be very careful not to spray water all over the bathroom. A simple curtain could easily fix most of this. - The shower head cannot be used hands free. A holder is fixed in the wall, but the hose to the shower head is too short to reach the holder, so it is useless. You have to hold the shower head in your hands the entire time. Seems like a silly mistake that can easily be fixed as well. Other than those things, all was great!

• Tančí s mamuty (9/5): Ubytování které doporučuji - Vybavení apartmánu a možnost sednout si na balkon. Plus stabilní wifi. Parkování za přplatek přímo v objektu. V dosahu je jak vlakové nádraží tak i tramvajové linky směr centrum. Plzeňský Prazdroj 10 minut chůze ;o) Není co vytknout.

• Alja (8/5): Apartment is fine, experience was not - Apartment was clean, is well equipped, has clean towels provided and toiletries. Beds are really comfortable! Location is good - the main reason we chose it - shop is near, the city centre is 15 minute stroll away. Pilsner brewery is also walking distance away. Generally, we have nothing bad to say regarding this apartment. The owners don't speak English. The check in after 6PM is payable (250 Kč). We said we are coming at 7PM, they acknowledged. We were waiting in front of the building for nearly 30 minutes until someone came for us. In te meantime, the owner was not responsive (did not answer my call via phone nor viber - though since they only speak Czech, i'm not sure how we would communicate anyway). They only responded to my texts after 15 min after already declining my phone call, and after i used google translate to text them in Czech. I dont remember having such a bad experience upon arrival, ever, anywehere. I thought we were being scammed (and you pay in advance). We ended up not paying for the late check in - i would have had a fit if they suggested it after such experience. The overall grade for apartment remains high because this relates to the customer experience.

• Plache (7/5): Nice apartment, bad communication. - The appartment itself was nice and clean. Location was about 15 min away from the city center. Staff could not speak any english and also did not care to answer our requests, they did not even wanted try to do so. They never answered any phone calls or text messages. Had to wait 30 min in front of the appartment for someone to give us our room keys eventhough they confirmed our checkin time and we were on time. During our stay there were renovations ongoing in the yard and apartment complex itself so the appartment was only usuable during night time until 8am due to the unbearable noise in the daytime.
