• A QuinteiroA (9/5): Cozy, comfortable and excellent value for money rate. - The host sent complete information about the location, check-in methods, tips and recommendations of things to do in Sofia. Everything was easy and smooth. The flat was warm upon my arrival, and it remained warm during my stay, overall in the evenings and nights. The shower leaked, wetting the bathroom floor. Not much, but still some discomfort that was easy to solve. The rest, everything really great.

• Stefano (2/5): Serio disservizio. - L'ubicazione. La rumorosità della camera da letto che si trova a 3 metri dalle rotaie del tram che disturbano il riposo. Il grande serio problema, per l'impatto che ha avuto sulla mia salute, é stata la mancanza di acqua calda per quasi 2 giorni interi (durata totale del soggiorno: 4 giorni) a causa di un non precisato guasto. La proprietà non ha ritenuto di risarcire adeguatamente per il disservizio ed il danno subìto, negando anche di essere stata contattata tempestivamente per segnalare il malfunzionamento. Cosa assolutamente non vera perché dopo 30 minuti di inutile attesa all'interno del box doccia in bagno (avendo svolto le normali funzioni fisiologiche) ho contattato il numero di emergenza indicato nella conferma della prenotazione. Non solo non c'è stata risposta ma non c'è stato alcun riscontro nell'arco dell'intera giornata. Attesa nella speranza che il malfunzionamento fosse momentaneo. A mio parere si tratta di grave disservizio registrato in un periodo dell'anno in cui le temperature sono prossime allo 0.

• Nycla (10/5): Tutto fantastico, personale cordiale. Pulizia eccellente - Eccezionale, posizione comodissima. Nell’appartamento c’è tutto (lavatrice, phono, bollitore microonde, tv con youtube e prime video ecc.), Confort da tutti i punti di vista. Il tram sotto casa faceva rumore, ma assolutamente sopportabile.
• Yuriy (7/5): - Good place near NDK and near the city center. All basic things are exist in the flat. All is comfortable. Food shop and subway station are with short distance away. Heating work inside flat. The visual state of the flat is normal. Noise from the street and tram, made some discomfort, but not very critical. Renovation of the flat is not new, some visual defects exist, but it is hard to keep it fresh and new for this price of rent. Nothing dramatic inside this flat.
• denissova (4/5): - Расположение понравилось. Не понравилось,что мы еще не успели заселиться,нам уде шлют сообщение когда мы выселимся...Не понравилось грязное постельное белье и запах в квартире.. Хозяину пришлось напоминать об отсутствии элементарных вещей.

• Lidia (6/5): Приятно местенце - Намира се на много удобна локация. Метрото е на 5 минути. Приятно местенце, просторна спалня. За тези от вас които нямат проблем с шума и той е главно през деня, препоръчвам. Единствения минус, точно пред прозореца минава трамвай, да поне късно вечерта спират, освен при мен се получи доста кофти ситуация, да трябва в 2 през нощта точно пред прозореца да правят ремонт на линията и нямаше как много да се спи. Но съм сигурна, че това е единичен случай.

Единственный недостаток, рядом трамвай , у кого чуткий сон может быть дискомфорт
