• Jandl (9/5): Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage - Lage und Sauberkeit Vorhänge statt Markise hätte ich besser gefunden.
• Monika (8/5): - Lage ist perfekt, für einen Kurzurlaub groß genug, Parkplatz uneinsichtig ist von Vorteil, gut und komfortabel ausgestattet. Für eine Nacht hat alles gut gepasst. Zettel am Auto wegen Parkplatz, sehr unfreundlich geschrieben und wäre nicht notwendig gewesen, so zu reagieren. Im Badezimmer hat es einen sehr unnangenehmen Geruch.
• Federico (10/5): - Struttura ottima, nuovissima, pulita ed efficiente. Check-in velocissimo, presenti lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Nella suite 2 (non so nelle altre!) c’è una TV enorme davanti al letto. Nulla da eccepire, abbiamo soggiornato in 2 per 6 giorni e torneremmo super volentieri

• horst (8/5): Zentrale Lage. Ausstattung entspricht zu 100 % den Fotos - Problemloser check in / out. Ruhige Lage ( Suite 2 geht in den Hinterhof ). Parkplatz . Komplettausstattung ( Küche, etc. ). Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zentrale Lage sodass fussläufig alles in der Innenstadt rasch erreicht werden kann. Gute Betten ( obwohl etwas schmal ). Starker Rauchgeruch im Vorhaus ( wofür die Vermieterin allerdings nichts kann ). Mehr gestört hat der unangenehme Geruch im Badezimmer ( Fischgeruch ) Durch die grosse Fensterfront lässt sich der Raum im Winter schwer auf Temperatur bringen. Der Fernseher wäre unter der Klimaanlage sicher besser platziert um ihn auch vom Wohnbereich sehen zu können.

• Wolfgang (9/5): Zum Empfehlen und Wiederkommen! - Ruhige Lage trotz Nähe zum Zentrum; helle, freundliche und gemütliche Wohnung; praktisch eingerichtet mit viel Stauraum; angenehmer Kontakt mit der Vermieterin; Verbesserungsvorschläge zur Heizungseinstellung und Badezimmerlüftung wurden wohlwollend und konstruktiv aufgenommen; sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. ---
• Guenter (8/5): Billig-Qualität - Die Ausstattung war komplett und recht gefällig, jedoch alles low cost gemacht. Parkplatz direkt beim Apartment ist gut. Nespresso Maschine, komplette Kitchenette. Der Zugang in einem Mehrfamilienhaus ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Matratzen sehr schlecht, billigste Qualität, das ist heute nicht mehr akzeptabel. Die Bettwäsche der Auszieh-Couch war definitiv NICHT frisch gewaschen.

• Judit (9/5): Jó ár-érték arányú szállás, összessegében nagyon tetszett, ajánlom. - Központi elhelyezkedés, világos, tágas, modern. Saját parkoló. A matrac nagyon puha és emiatt nem igazán kényelmes. Enyhe csatornaszag jön a fürdőből.
• Nina (10/5): Würde sofort wieder buchen! - Zum Glück war das Apartment in den Innenhof, weil die Straße ist viel befahren, also viel Straßenlärm. Es war alles modern eingerichtet, sauber und sehr hell. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Es gibt auch eine Nespresso-Maschine und Kapseln und grünen Tee. Die Klimaanlage kühlt nicht nur, sie heizt auch. Es gibt Fußbodenheizung. Einen sehr großen TV. Die Couch ist auch bequem. Das Badezimmer ist sehr groß und hat auch eine Waschmaschine. Die Unterkunft liegt am Dom und über den Gehweg kommt man direkt in die Innenstadt. Es gab Handtücher und einen gratis Parkplatz im Innenhof. Es hat ein bisschen im Badezimmer gerochen, aber ich denke, das kam daher, weil schon länger die Dusche nicht benutzt wurde.

• Tamara (6/5): Wir waren nur für eine Nacht da, hätten uns für die Höhe der Miete mehr erwartet. - Leicht zu finden, Parkplatz im Hof, sauber, schön aussehende Möbel, ansprechend eingerichtet, gut riechende Bettwäsche, gute Küchenausstattung Sieht in der Beschreibung wesentlich größer aus, keine Türe zwischen den Räumen, das Bett wie ein Schiff, wenn sich einer umdreht bewegt sich alles, ich hatte darum gebeten das Sofa zu beziehen, das war leider nicht gemacht, alles in allem für den Preis enttäuschend. Leider. Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung, Privatsphäre null… die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut, einige Stellen sind schon desolat, die Dusche hält zB. nicht oben
• Elfriede (10/5): - Es ist ein wunderschönes, sehr sauberes Apartment in Bestlage. Es sind 5 Min. zur Fußgängerzone und zum Schloss Esterhazy. Der dazugehörige Parkplatz im Innenhof ist natürlich ein großes Plus. Auch für Operetten/Operfreunde ist dieses Apartment von der Lage her empfehlenswert. Wir sind nur 15 Min. nach St. Margarethen in die Oper gefahren. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr sehr gerne wieder.

The first impression - location or staircase might be not that good, but we just opened the apartment door and immediately felt so good. Thank you.

• Simon (10/5): Modern and peaceful apartment right in the centre of Eisenstadt. - Super central location and very comfortable, modern and clean little apartment. Self-check in and private parking made everything super easy and convenient for us. We felt like this was our home-from-home, with a nice living area and couch to relax. A coffee machine, breakfast counter and pretty well equipped kitchen made it a great place to breakfast too. Very minor points: Only providing 4 coffee capsules for two people over a two night stay was perhaps a little mean, given the relatively high price of this accommodation. We were also a bit shocked that the four (!) heating thermostats were all set to 30C. It took us a while to cool the flat down to a sensible temperature.
