The listing origi - The location was great The pool did not work, the club house and water park we couldn’t use even after we were told we could. The sink kept plugging up and the washer was disgustingly dirty!! With how much money you pay for cleaning this place should be spotless!!! There’s curtains missing on the big slider door windows so at night the neighbors can see in. We would have not picked to stay here if we knew the pool wouldn’t work and that the water park wasn’t included. Very disappointed on how everything was handled as they only offered 20% refund off which came to $190 for the week we were there.

• Jennifer (6/5): - The home was very large. There was a bathroom in every bedroom. The game room was nice. The ad is very misleading, there is not a hot tub. IF you pay the extra money to heat the pool (& IF it is working), everything will be the same temp as it is all on the same heater. In our case the heater wasn't working at all and no accommodation was made to compensate for it. This is a management company so make sure you read the fine print. If you are just in town for Disney, might be a fine choice for you. If you are doing a staycation like we were, be prepared to bring/buy lots of essentials, only the bare minimum are provided. The house itself is fine but would not rent from this company again, it is definitely all about the bottom line.

• Melyssa (10/5): Great experience and will be booking this property again! - The entire property is very welcoming, the location is prime and close to everything, the pool and the inside is a great size. The upstairs feels like it’s another house and the entire experience was great. We will definitely be coming back They need to provide towels for the pool. There were only towels for bathing. Only one paper towel which we brought our own but providing at least 2 would be great especially since we booked for 4 days. Otherwise, great experience.
• shannon (6/5): Good for a family vacation but if the services we paid for worked it would have been a MUCH better vacation. - I liked that it was private. The tall bushes around the property made us feel very secluded. Unfortunately it does not come with all the outside furniture shown. I felt like the beds definitely need to be updated. They were very hard and uncomfortable. I also had an issue with the pool heat and hot tub jets so we were unable to use a service we pre paid for.

It was close to all the attractions that we wanted to visit. I want to rent this property again for 2026. Dates June 22-27, 2026 I have no complaints at all about the property. I loved everything about the property.

• W (9/5): Superb - House was very spacious. Pool was amazing. Kitchen was well equipped. So lovely that everyone had an ensuite bathroom. The house wasn't as clean as we are used to. Especially the patio doors. The QR code for the barriers didn't work, so we had to confirm the driver every time we returned to the house.

Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Whole house was very spacious. Pool was nice. We asked for heated pool and it was properly heated. Kids and adults enjoyed the house. Range was not heating properly. Microwave turntable was not turning. No face cloths available. Living room TV colors were very dark and purple. No major issues, just annoying a bit.

• Stacey (10/5): Beautiful house, close to everything. We will definitely stay there again! - Very spacious and clean. Plenty of room for our group. The pool has a splash pad that was great for the little kids in our group. There was only 1 pan in the kitchen. We bought a set and left them there.
• Shannon (10/5): Definitely loved the spot just wish the no parties applied to the neighbors. - We loved the location and the privacy bushes around the pool area. We didn’t like that there was no skillet ( had to go buy one) and the neighbors were so loud. The security actually came to our house twice and then admitted it was definitely the people next door.

• Rich (9/5): The rental agency was very very responsive. They were all great to work with even before I arrived at the property. I’ve - The pool and hot tub were very nice. Ping pong table and other games were fun as well. We had an issue with the pool cues which the staff addressed right away. The house was pretty clean. So nothing to do with the rental agency or the home. This is located in a very high traffic area. It will take you about 30 to 40 minutes just to go about 5 miles.  Florida definitely need some restructuring on the roads.

The instructions on how to get into the main gate of the property needs to be more specific. It took me 3 days to finally get passcode. We kept pushing the help button register button 3 times and the get would open.
