• L (7/5): - Sijainti oli erinomainen, keittiö hyvin varusteltu ja kodikas. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi, ja avaimen vastaanotto oli helppoa. Sänky oli mukava. Asunto oli pohjakerroksessa, jonka takia tila oli hyvin kostea. Lakanat olivat vanhat ja laikukkaat. Asunnon WC haisi hyvin ummehtuneelta, ja oli huonosti puhdistettu. Siellä vilisi paljon turkiskuoriaisia, ja nurkissa näkyy homepilkkuja ja pölyä. Asunto on muuten erinomaisella sijainnilla, ja kaikki tarvittava löytyi, mutta kaipaisi kunnon siivousta, tuholaistorjuntaa ja lakanoiden päivitystä.

Acces en rez de chaussée, sans escalier. Proximité du parc avec beaucoup de verdure, et commerces à faible distance. Stations de métro et de S.bahn proches. Lit confirmable et cuisine fonctionnelle. Il manque un éclairage central plus important pour éclairer l'ensemble du studio.

• Julian (9/5): Top Ferienwohnung in Berlin-Schöneberg: sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit direktem Eingang im Erdgeschoss – unkomplizi - Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung in Berlin-Schöneberg. Die Lage ist gut und das Erdgeschoss mit direktem Eingang zur Wohnung ist wirklich praktisch – besonders mit Gepäck. Die Wohnung ist modern und schön eingerichtet, alles war sauber und gepflegt. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung – wir würden wieder buchen. Ich habe nur die Hängeleuchte vor dem Hochbett zu bemängeln, weil diese etwas dunkel ist.😅 Kann aber auch eine subjektive Wahrnehmung sein.
• Federico Del Rosario (10/5): Absolut comfort - stayed in Berlin for one night due to work and everything went smoothly. The place was very clean and comfortable, which honestly makes all the difference after a long day. The location worked really well for me , close to public transport, so getting around was easy. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The kitchen had everything I needed, even for just a short stay, and the complimentary coffee was a nice little bonus in the morning. Wi-Fi worked without any issues, which was important since I had to get some work done. Overall, it was a very good stay. I would definitely consider coming back next time I’m in Berlin.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das unglaublich bequeme Bett, das für einen hervorragenden Schlaf gesorgt hat. Zudem war die gesamte Unterkunft blitzsauber und in einem tadellosen Zustand, sodass wir uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohlgefühlt haben. Ein riesiges Dankeschön auch an den Gastgeber: Die Kommunikation war einfach toll, immer freundlich und wir haben auf jede Nachricht innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine hilfreiche Antwort erhalten. Der Check-in verlief absolut reibungslos. Wer eine perfekt gepflegte Unterkunft mit exzellentem Service sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder

• Theo (9/5): Sehr empfehlenswert - Die Wohnung war sauber ,  In der Nähe von mehreren Läden und dem Stadtzentrum Nicht für vier Personen geeignet, sondern eher für drei Personen Ansonsten super sauber modern dekorierter Wohnung
• DannyHeut (9/5): Fast wie Zuhause! - Die Lage war optimal! Ausstattung perfekt, alles da was man braucht. Verkehrsmittel waren in 10 Minuten entfernt, Geschäfte und Restaurants waren auch alle in 5-10 Minuten entfernt. Das hat nicht mit der Unterkunft zu tun, das liegt leider an der Parkplatzsituation in Berlin-Charlottenburg, wobei fußläufig Parkplätze innerhalb von 10-20 Minuten zu finden sind. Ein zweiter Schlüsselsatz wäre hilfreich.

• Benjamin (4/5): Je m'attendais à mieux vu le prix que j'ai déboursé pour une semaine. - les équipements, la vaisselle, la proximité avec les transports et les commerces L'appartement ne correspondait pas la description que j'ai lue. Il est sombre et se situe sur une cour face aux conteneurs de déchets. De plus, la personne qui m'a remis les clefs avait l'air pressée. L'état des lieux s'est fait en à peine 5 minutes. Par ailleurs, j'ai constaté que les toilettes n'étaient pas propres. Une personne les a utilisées avant mon arrivée. C'est dommage !

• W.Sommer (7/5): - Hochwertige Ausstattung. Schlecht zu lüften. Wegen direkter Lage an Straße/Fußgängerweg kann man beim Lüften über die Eingangstür unangenehm überrascht werden. Badezimmer roch nach verbrannter Kohle. Badematte nicht sauber.
• María PM (5/5): Apartamento para pareja. Más de dos adultos NO - Las camas son cómodas. El baño está bien. La vajilla, cafetera, cazuelas, etc está muy bien y completo. Buena combinación de tren, metro, Autobuses, aunque está a 35-40 minutos del centro. Barrio tranquilo al no tener salida la calle. El anfitrión, Federico, Muy Bien: nos orientó en todo lo que le pedimos y estuvo atento. Solo está la puerta de entrada y una apertura arriba de la puerta como respiradero del apartamento. El resto es todo interior. De hecho si cocinas no hay campana extractora de humos y se queda todo el olor dentro del apartamento. Cocina mini: 2 fuegos no de inducción. No funcionaba el lavavajillas: lo dijimos vinieron 1 vez y siguió sin funcionar. Las luces son ténues, falta luz. Solo habí un armario con poco espacio, tenía cerradas puertas con candado. La escalera de la cama de arriba si es vertical sería más cómoda de bajar y fijarla bien.

• Selma (8/5): - Der var alt hvad man havde brug for, og der var dejligt rent. Området kunne være lidt skummelt til tider, men hvis man går 10 min væk, så er der rigtig hyggeligt
• Rimmo (8/5): Ottima esperienza - Struttura accogliente e dotata di diversi confort: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro, asse da stiro, asciugatrice, ventilatore e stendibiancheria. Viaggiando con una bimba di tre anni sono risultati essere molto utili. L appartamento è vicino alla fermata della metro U4 e rende gli spostamenti facili considerando che Berlino ha una fitta rete di trasporti. Dalla parte opposta si può prendere la S1 e arrivare senza cambi alla Porta di Brandeburgo. Nell appartamento c è zucchero, bustine di the, cialde per il caffè e le stoviglie sono nuove e in ottime condizioni. Appartamento molto accogliente e silenzioso. L Amministratore super disponibile e gentile.

• Polina (6/5): Good flat for a couple of days stay. A bit small and drives you out of the door. - The flat was clean. As it is located on the ground floor, the windows have metal bars that made us feel a bit odd. The flat overlooks a large selection of bins.

• Ellena (4/5): It has potential but overall very disappointing. - Location was great, close to lots of public transport. We requested and received confirmation that a cot would be available for our 7 month old. We’d travelled over 30 hours from Australia so were in need of a good nights sleep. On arrival, after waiting outside for half an hour because Lucy didn’t think to check outside the front door whether we were there (phone roaming was limited and she had given me a wrong number anyway), she showed us the cot and told us there is no mattress just put a blanket in the bottom. This would have been fine if there had been a base in the cot. It was just cloth on metal poles so even with the blanket, our baby was lying on metal poles. Impossible. It took 4 nights for this to be rectified so baby had to sleep in the bed with us for half the stay. Eddy told me some story about people stealing the cot mattresses…then maybe don’t offer a cot. This place is not suitable for a baby. It also smelled of smoke, was very dark and damp with silverfish and moths, water dripping from the light in the kitchen when it rains.

• Anne (7/5): Lovely area - especially for dogs - near Rudolph-Wilde Park - Dog permitted (we paid a dog fee of 50 euro in cash for 1 dog, 3 nights). We enjoyed the beautiful Rudolph-Wilde Park nearby. There is a very nice "street food" area called "Laax" in the park. We were not aware (our mistake!) that 14 VH is in the ground floor at street level. People in the street can look directly into the bed if you do not keep the curtains closed. We were happy that we could spend a lot of time outdoor.

• William (9/5): I'd try to rebook if I ever happen to be in the same area. - I liked the excellent bathroom and shower. I also liked the very frequent bus services just a minute away at the end of the street. There was a soft mattress bed and I like a hard mattress. But that's the way the cookie crumbles.
• Lynn (9/5): Comfy, quiet flat in the city. - The host was good at communicating and flexible about meeting us to hand over keys. The flat was quiet despite being in the city, and was clean, warm and comfortable. The host provided tea and coffee, as well as washing up liquid and hand soap. The apartment is a short walk from access to the U and S Bahn and in walking distance of supermarkets. The kitchenette has a combi microwave and a hob so cooking simple meals is possible. However there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby too. Clearer instructions about how to dispose of rubbish in line with Berlin's recycling system would be helpful.

The check-in manager was very helpful and even gave us some tips about the city. The apartment is comfortable with everything we needed and importantly very fast internet. In short: clean and comfortable, we can only recommend.

The host changed the couch on the pictures into a full bed so that we did not have to use the high bed. it was clean, comfortable and stylish. the area all around the apartment is brimming with restaurants and bars and public transportation was excellent. The host was very friendly and even left us some wine and chocolate in the beginning, this was very nice :) nothing
