Hientan (10/5): - We are really love location… its so convenient for eating out.. restaurant everywhere… only 1 thing I didn’t like was about the bathroom has not have vent and the shower there is moldy… hopefully the owners they’re going to fixed that’s problem… everything else is perfect… 😁

What truly sets this place apart, though, is the exceptional service. The Host went above and beyond to ensure a flawless experience 10/10!

David (9/5): Clean, quiet apartment. - Clean, quiet, and comfortable. In a high rise building with a partial city view. Host was both nice and responsive. Having a washing machine and small kitchen made it more convenient than staying long in an equivalent business class hotel room. I would stay here again. Really nothing I disliked. Bed was firm for me but of course that's personal taste, and I did sleep well.

TRUNG HAU (10/5): - Chị chủ kỹ tính nên phòng sạch sẽ và gọn gàng. Phòng ốc rộng rãi gần trung tâm nên đi lại rất tiện. Có dịp sẽ đến lưu trú tiếp😄
Nakamura (1/5): お勧めしない - 宿泊日当日のオーナー都合によるキャンセル。予約が確定した段階から宿泊日当日の朝までやり取りをさせていただきましたが、現地の空港に到着したら、宿泊出来ないと言われ大変困惑しました。代替え案を提示いただきましたが、当日予約のため、差額が生じ自己負担となりました。オーナー都合もあると思いますが、空港にお迎えに来ていただけず、誠意が感じられませんでした。楽しみにしていた旅行だったので残念です。

Jaehoon (8/5): 단체 여행객에게 만족스러운 숙소 - 프론트에 대부분 시간 경비가 있어 보안상의 문제는 전혀 없었다. 시설은 매우 훌륭하고 거주하는 주민들 또한 정겹고 마음에 들었음. 택시를 승하차할 수 있는 공간이 있어 탑승에 용이함. 추가요금을 내고 매일 수건과 이불시트를 교체해주었음. 호스트는 열정적 이였고 투숙객들을 위해 노력하였음. 거실이 넓고 테이블이 있음. 또한 세탁기에 세제또한 구비해둠. 이만한 컨디션에 이정도 가격의 숙소에 가성비로는 만족스러움. 따듯한물은 아주 잘 나왔음. 어매니티는 약간 모자름. 호텔과 같은 시스템이 아니다 보니 호스트의 연락에 의존해야함. 10군에 위치하여 유명한 관광지나 식당, 클럽 등 관광객이 자주가는 공간으로부터 거리가 있음. 3베드룸 기준으로 방 하나가 상당히 좁아 일행 중 한명이 약간 불만족 스러움을 느낌. 열정적인 호스트이지만 영어가 조금 미흡해 의사소통에 어려움을 느낌. 아파트의 건물이 4개 동이 있는데 처음 찾을때 IRIS 4 동을 찾기가 약간 힘들었음.
Luyen (10/5): Perfekte, moderne und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in bester Lage - Sehr gute Ausstattung, moderne Einrichtung, sehr sauber, sehr gute Lage ((alle Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe, 2 und 3 kleine Supermärkte sind im Gebäude, die 24 Stunden geöffnet sind und alles haben), sehr hilfsbereit und freundliches Gastgeberin. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeberin, Frau Nga, für die tolle Zeit und schöne Wohnung
