Important Information
Please note the following important information before booking:
- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
-Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.
Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 12.50euros will apply.
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
-The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.

- Pilar (7/5): - Lo tranquilo que es y la ubicación. Dos pequeñas incidencias. Un juego de llaves no funcionó bien y cuando fuimos a recoger el equipaje que habíamos dejado en la oficina, no había nadie que nos facilitara el acceso al equipaje, gracias a la portera del inmueble que nos indicó dónde podíamos acudir en el mismo edificio. Ahí sí que nos abrieron para recogerlo.
Global mente la estancia fue muy buena.

The location was very good and also good for an active metro user. Veebruaris on magamistoas veidi jahe, kui ei taipa, kuidas kütteseadme pult täpselt töötab. Aga sooja teki all tuleb hea uni.
It's a little chilly in the bedroom in February if you don't understand how the heater remote works. But you'll sleep well under a warm blanket.

- Manuel Angel Garcia (9/5): Excelente elección (con leves pegas) - Apartamento muy amplio y cómodo. Cuidado servicio y ágil atención al cliente. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Excelente servicio en una ubicación céntrica. Confort, limpieza, funcionalidad y buen gusto en la decoración.
Importante para tener en cuenta: los límites horarios para el check-in son, quizá, demasiado estrictos (de lunes a viernes, de 15.00 a 19.00h). Acaba demasiado temprano para quien llega de viaje, lo que obliga a adaptarse para evitar pagar recargos importantes por retrasos. Lee bien las condiciones que recibas tras contratar, para evitarte sorpresas.
Además de abonar fuera del precio la tasa turística que exige la normativa local, ellos también te exigirán un segundo pago adicional de otros 300 € por adelantado, en concepto de depósito contra posibles daños. En mi caso, este importe retenido en mi tarjeta fue devuelto sin problemas el mismo día del checkout, agilidad que se agradece y demuestra el exquisito servicio recibido.
Todo fue excelente hasta el momento de reclamar la factura que desde el principio se habían comprometido a entregar, tratándose de un viaje de trabajo. Pretendían suplirlo con un simple recibo sin desglosar el IVA. Tras mucho insistir y presionar, pude obtener facturas tanto de la agencia (por el servicio de limpieza) como de la propiedad, esta última con IVA del 0% amparándose en un artículo de la LIVA que realmente no aplica a alojamientos turísticos. Fue un borrón final que arruinó una atención y un servicio que habían sido excepcionales. Negarse de forma reiterada, en el último momento, a entregar la factura comprometida, y enviarla finalmente con IVA al 0%, alegando que el propietario no está obligado, lo cual no es cierto para un alojamiento turístico.

- Sophie (9/5): spacious crash pad for attending Primavera Sound festival. - It was huge! The high ceilings and spacious lounge and kitchen gave it a nice airy feeling despite being a flat in the middle of a bustling city. One of the bedrooms does not have aircon so it took a while to cool it down with a fan and open window.
