Very close if you like walking around South Perth with easy access to the Ferry and Buses.
Zoo within 5 minute walking distance as well as cafes, local pubs, restaurants, 24/7 IGA, bottleshop. It is a prime location if you want to travel by car to do holiday activities. Everything was a 20-minute drive it was so perfect.
Big plus as it doesn't take long to get to and from the airport. Nothing, it was perfect for us!

The location was perfect — quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in smooth and stress-free. - Niall (6/5): A number of small issues that need the owner’s attention to improve the quality of the stay for the guests. - Spacious, in a good location. We arrived after sunset, the approaches to the apartment block was unlit, as was the passageway to the unit.
No place to hang towels in the bathroom, or shelf in the shower for toiletries.
The oven didn’t work effectively. No tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper or milk supplied, as seems customary at holiday rentals in Western Australia.
A problem with a window seal in our bedroom allowed traffic noise to interfere with sleep.

- SereneKwok (7/5): If without the paint smell, it would be perfect stay. - The location, free parking, the space, the neighbourhood, easily access to city by ferry if you don't drive.
Quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is well equiped. The flat has just recently refurbished, hence there's a very strong smell of painting, i.e. VOCs, the chemicals evaporate from the painted cupboards which make us very uncomfortable and may be health hazardous although the landlord claims she used permitted paint. Even after the windows were left opened and fans to ventilate the rooms, the smell is still very lasting. With the cold temperature of winter-spring in Perth, opening the windows at night means coldness as the heater is only in the living room, leaving the rooms low temperature. Besides the VOCs, everything is good.

- Jodie (10/5): - The apartment is beautiful, and the sofa is DEVINE! It is a comfortable place to stay and is just minutes from everywhere we needed to go. The only small thing that I can say is the toilet ran, a small and quick fix.

- Tang (7/5): Good - Great and convenient location. Clean and spacious. Good facilities provided. Should improve on the ventilation of the rooms. Dryer was not working during our last 2 days stays. However, owner is attentive and have quick response.
- Stephen (6/5): Pleasant - Plenty of space and it was quiet. We were offered money to compensate for the lack of a dryer or rack. Mould in the bathroom, crumbs in the cutlery drawer, water in a saucepan, no glasses and dust on skirtings and window ledges. Dryer hadn't been fixed.

The kitchen was spacious with a good sized dining table and a comfortable couch. The Airconditioner did not cope with the very hot weather so we purchased two tall fans which made it much cooler in the bedrooms
There were a couple of globes missing which we had to replace. There was no plug in the bathroom sink so we bought one.There needs to be some ice cube trays in the fridge and some plastic storage containers. It would be good if there were bedside tables.

- Madeleine (8/5): Fabulous property perfect for a holiday in Perth - Very clean and spacious. The bed was fine and the couch was so comfortable. Looking out across the park was lovely. Short walk into South Perth shops, lots of cafes and restaurants and ferry to the city. We hired a car at the airport which was larger than requested and the parking bay was a little tight. Would have liked a side table in the bedroom and lounge room. The zoo was a short walk away and thus by 10am there was no parking on the street for visitors.

Easy to get anywhere by car aswell being right next to the fwy I was cold and would have liked for the reverse cycle air con to work, but there were plenty of blankets so it was fine.

- Nasser (9/5): A perfect place for families! - The place is just awesome for families! There is working stove with microwave oven and electric kettle. The kitchen is well equipped. If you don't feel like washing dishes, there is a dishwasher! You can wash and dry your clothes everyday, so you don't need to bring that many clothes for changing. The place is near to almost everything you need, and you can take the ferry to town! For children, the playground and the zoo is just around the corner. There is a huge public park in front for you to walk and do some exercise. The internet is superb and the sofa is very comfortable. Clean and well maintained. For the first time, none!
