• Waino (7/5): - There wasn't any heat in heat in the apartment. Had to walk about 1 kilometer to get to key. Toilet water ran continuously. No common room (living room).
• Eva (5/5): disappointing stay, non functional shower - location We had a pretty disappointing experience with this stay. The biggest issue was the bathroom – the shower was not usable (broken hose and clogged drain), which made it impossible to shower during our stay. We reported it, but it was never fixed during our stay. Because of this, we asked for a partial refund, but the host didn’t respond at all. Another inconvenience was the key pickup and return, which was located almost 1 km away from the apartment. This made both check-in and check-out unnecessarily complicated. On top of that, the pickup location closed the day of check in 30 minutes earlier than stated, and we were not informed about this in advance, which caused additional stress when arriving to closed pick up point. Overall, unresolved issues made the stay much less comfortable than expected.

• Marija (9/5): - Apartman je super ako dolazite u grupi. Ogroman je. Dve spavace sobe sa udobnim krevetima i čistom posteljinom. Ima i dve terase, sto je super! Sve je bilo ok. Do metro stanice koja ide do duoma ima 8 minuta pešaka.

• MIGUEL ANGEL (7/5): Peor de lo esperado - Tiene calefacción central, el fin de semana ha hecho malo y en el apartamento hacía mucho frío y no se podía encender. El plato de ducha es cuadrado minúsculo, en el que no entra una persona adulta . El inodoro no cierra bien y suena la cisterna toda la noche. No tiene salón y lo hace poco acogedor. Los armarios son muy altos y no se puede utilizar las barras de colgar. La puerta de entrada tiene un cierre de seguridad que se puede abrir por fuera, hay una doble cerradura que tienes que echar la llave por dentro para que no puedan abrir desde el exterior. Las almohadas son muy viejas.
• Asif (9/5): Excellent stay at a very central location (Metro and Supermarket). - Great host; excellent location to a Metro for easy access to Milano Centrale and Duomo (only 2 mins walk to Metro); Rooms, washroom and kitchen (including Balcony) are modern and big; very close to Esselunga supermarket. It was Winter - additional blankets to be provided; Kitchen heater was not functioning; Kitchen needs to be added with basics cutleries (for 4 people) and cleaning including broom.
• Helen (4/5): Nice safe shooting area - It was near a metro station. It was large The key collection is a 10 min walk away, mosquitoes are everywhere - the walls are covered in squashed blood patches and dead mosquitoes. The shower doesn’t drain well, so the whole place smells of damp - mould on the walls and mould near the air condition vents. Blinds busted. So noisy with the street traffic, building works oh and someone was shot on the roof of the building our first night so we were woken by that and had a dead body outside the balcony for the day. Beds are hard but plenty of storage - I contacted the host about the issues but they seemed unsympathetic

• Oleksii (1/5): it was terrible - In the photo, the apartment looks new and nice This apartment is the worst place we have ever lived. It looks more like a hospital: empty, with cold white walls and an icy floor. There are no basic things in the kitchen: no towels, no dishwasher tablets. The toilet doors don’t close, and you have to use force to flush the toilet, which was completely inconvenient for my 8-year-old daughter. The shower stall is so narrow that if you are not thin, you will have a hard time getting in. In addition, the family was given only one key, which was extremely inconvenient. But the worst thing is the bedrooms. The blankets, which you had to tuck in yourself, were simply disgusting: dirty and covered in piss. When you open the closet, a sharp, unpleasant smell hits your face. The blankets were all stained and had some terrible patterns - just a nightmare. I do not recommend it to anyone!

• Aizeea (6/5): Fine. - The location is good, well connected with the main train stations, and 10 minutes walk to the metro that takes you to Duomo. The apartment has been renovated recently, and the facilities are new. Many necessary stuff were missing: the heaters did not work in some rooms (the house is still hot since the building uses central heating), the shower is small, there were not some basic items such as the cleaning-sponge or soap, some pluggers were broken.
• Teresa (7/5): Not what we expected, but would suit most - Great priced apartment with good location. Big bedrooms. The host arrived 1hr late to check us in, which after a hot day travelling was not great, standing on the pavement. He could not get out of there fast enough. Couldn't take cash for city tax, nor do they take card, we had to pay via a link that was sent via email. Even though we filled in the online precheck -in details, including uploading photographs of our passports, we again had to give the passports to the host for him to photograph as the online system doesn't work apparently. The apartment was not very clean and there's nothing to put your soap or shampoo on in the shower. I thought about balancing the soap on top of the screen and saw soap from a previous tenant was already there, LOL. The shower is tiny so to bend down to pick up the shampoo I had to actually open the shower screen door to stick my head out :'). There was no dishwashing detergent. We specifically booked this apartment because it was listed as having 2 single beds in each bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. It did not. It is 3 single beds in one bedroom and a double in the 2nd bedroom. There is no living room, just a kitchen table in the kitchen. This meant our snorer could not be isolated as we couldn't even move a bed into the listed "living area", which is a hallwaywith a cupboard in it. The balcony is standing room for one person next to the air con unit. Perfect for smokers though, with a nice view over the garden.

• Castro (6/5): Average - The apartment is comfortable And good location The extra bed was dirty and one comforter was stained and hair on it. The TVs in the rooms were not working. The AC remotes controls didn’t have batteries and was very hard to see the screen , the staff member mentioned he’ll bring new batteries but didn’t come.
• Yao (8/5): Great value - It’s great location and right by the metro station of M2 line. Feel very safe as well. It’s fairly modern design in the house. The bathroom is big but shower room is weirdly small. It would also be better if there’s a place to hang towers and put soap in shower room.

• Layla (9/5): Superb - The property was really spacious and clean, easily fitting 4 girls. We had good AC and felt safe with the security that came with the apartment. The staff was also wonderful and did good with staying on top of things that you may need to contact them for. We were also right next to a metro station, which was convenient. The location wasn’t the most exciting, however for the price, it was really good.
• Kelley (3/5): I would never stay there again. - The question was "Did I like the breakfast?" There was no breakfast included and the kitchen was poorly stocked . The items to use to cook with were dirty and there weren't really enough to work with. The rooms were spacious and we could do our laundry. The lady who gave us the keys was nice- we did pay extra to drop off the luggage early. A man was cleaning when we got there. He did a good job cleaning because it was a mess upon our arrival. We had no hot water and the owners did not do anything to fix it during our stay. They offered us a refund and then ghosted us! Also, the place is very convenient to the metro but do not go without any ear plugs. Sirens, racing cars, more sirens... not the safest location. Still waiting for that refund!

• Ramunas (7/5): Good - Location OK, apartment comfortable for family - two bedrooms. Apartment with kitchen but there are any salt, pepper, tea or coffe. Be prepared, if You are going to make something Youself for breakfast.
