• Ksenija (5/5): - The apartment is in a great location – close to a metro station and a garage where you can leave your car for the whole day, which is a big advantage. The apartment itself is clean, renovated, with comfortable beds and decent furniture. However, it is located in an older building, which is also reflected in the apartment. The main downsides were an unpleasant smell, especially in the bathroom, and poor internet connection. Also, the instructions for finding the apartment key should be clearer and more detailed. A photo would be helpful

• Elizabet (10/5): Exceptional - Top location, very close to Subway station and Mariahilferstrasse. Quiet place and very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows, also the sofa. Everything you need in the kitchen to prepare good breakfast. Good wifi connection. We enjoyed a lot our stay in Vienna!

• Ilir (1/5): unreasonable - Location The owner is a very unreasonable person, for the first night of my stay I could not find the keys, I had very little information how to find the keys and the owner did not open the phone
• Nikola (9/5): Overall it was a great option to stay, with comfy vibes and well equiped kitchen. - The location was perfect, also the neighborhood was surprisingly calm and quiet even tho we were close to the city centre. It was spacious and had good vibe The bathroom smell was not sp much pleasant and kinda annoyimg was also the kitchen sink, which was splashing everywhere.

• Lisa (6/5): Clean but no wi-fi - Clean and bright Nice location & close to transport into city As others have mentioned, the WiFi (and therefore TV) never worked - first with incorrect sign-in, and then the router had no Internet. Despite several messages this was not rectified. Also incorrect pincode provided for the safe lock
• Gennady.k (9/5): Good place to stay in Vienna - Well equipped and clean apartment, conveniently located in a quiet but reasonably center area, just ~5 min from metro station. Nice and helpful host. Bathroom needs some renovation and maintenance work

• Jennifer (9/5): Sweet suite in Vienna - Nice location, in a fun neighborhood just outside the Inner Stadt. Clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family trip, with plenty of space for our group of four. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and communication was prompt. A great choice that made our trip to Vienna relaxing and enjoyable. As others have noted the smell in the bathroom, but not a problem when the door was closed, and just part of being in an older building.

• Irina (7/5): Good - Location was good Ok equiped for a few days The host - we called several time to ask for support - no answer. They only replied in the app, with info that checkin is later. But no other support or tentative to answer on the phone. When we were supposed to checkin again no answer and we wasted another hour as the instructions sent for self check in were wrong. Same with wifi - wrong info. There is a terrible smell in the bathroom and kitchen.
