• Ana (8/5): - Alojamento perto dos principais pontos turísticos. Falta de alguns equipamentos na cozinha, alguns sacos do lixo, um pano de cozinha, uma toalha de mesa, uma faca de cortar. Passos de acesso a chave de abertura demasiado complexos

• Jera-Ann (8/5): Clean apartment. - Good communication from owner through whatsapp. High-tech checked in, easy instructions. Clean apartment. Location is ca. 10-15mins walk to the train stations. A lot of process sending documents through their online link. One need internet to check in to open the gate. Leaving baggage is impossible after check out.

• ELENI (7/5): ΚΑΛΗ ΤΟΠΟΘΕΣΙΑ - Η περιοχή είναι πολύ ήσυχη, πολύ κοντά σε μετρό όπου υπάρχει και η γραμμή express για το αεροδρόμιο. Το δωμάτιο είναι καθαρό, άνετο με τα απαραίτητα. Μας ενημέρωσε ο ιδιοκτήτης ότι υπήρχε κάποιο πρόβλημα και θα καθυστερούσαμε να μπούμε, μέχρι να φτάσουμε μας ενημέρωσε ότι επιδιόρθωσαν το πρόβλημα και μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε check-in. Το βράδυ που πήγαμε για μπάνιο διαπιστώσαμε ότι δεν έχει ζεστό νερό. Προσπαθήσαμε να επικοινωνήσουμε με τον ιδιοκτήτη αλλά δεν ανταποκρινόταν. Ανταποκρίθηκε το πρωί που ήταν πια αργά για μας αφού φύγαμε.

• Vanessa (9/5): Spacious and Comfortable Apartment in the Heart of Milan - The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth thanks to clear instructions and a helpful video received before arrival. The place had a charming view of the garden, creating a pleasant atmosphere. It offered everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Great location in the historic centre, within walking distance of the Duomo, Sforza Castle, and other landmarks. Nearby dining options were excellent, such as Osteria Al 29, with delicious and affordable pastas and pizzas. Close to Cadorna station, where there is a small Carrefour with all the essentials. The building did not have a lift, which required extra effort when arriving with a large suitcase after a long journey.
• Laia (8/5): - El apartamento es súper amplio y cómodo. Nos sorprendió lo bien equipada que estaba la cocina: tenía de todo, desde condimentos como aceite y salsas, hasta una máquina para hacer sándwiches. Además, el equipo fue muy atento y nos respondieron rápido siempre que tuvimos alguna duda. También pudimos hacer el check-in antes de las 15 h porque el apartamento ya estaba limpio, lo cual se agradece mucho. Si se necesita hacer un early check-in, solo hace falta preguntar, y si no es posible aún, te permiten dejar las maletas dentro del apartamento aunque no esté listo. En nuestro caso, como ya estaba todo limpio cuando fuimos a dejar las maletas, nos dejaron entrar sin problema. Todo genial en ese sentido. Eso sí, hay algunos detalles a tener en cuenta: el sofá cama está justo al lado de la puerta de entrada, lo cual no es muy cómodo. El baño es algo pequeño y el ventilador seguía sonando un par de minutos después de apagar la luz. También tuvimos problemas con el código de acceso al edificio (el de la calle), ya que no funcionaba y tuvimos que llamar al número que te dan para poder entrar. El código de la caja donde se recoge la llave del apartamento sí funcionó sin problema. La salida también se nos complicó un poco. El código del portal, que solo se usa en teoría para el check-in y el check-out, seguía sin funcionar. Durante la estancia se usa la llave física (que viene con las llaves del apartamento) para abrir las puertas de la calle, pero como esa llave hay que dejarla arriba en la caja al hacer el check-out, no teníamos cómo salir una vez dejadas las llaves. Por suerte, como éramos cuatro, dos se quedaron aguantando las puertas para que los demás pudiéramos salir. Pero si viajas solo o en pareja, puede ser complicado salir sin ayuda, sobre todo si es temprano por la mañana y no hay nadie cerca.

• REBECA (8/5): Bien para visitas familiatr - La situación es genial ya que varios de los puntos mas interesantes de la ciudad están a poca distancia a pié, lo que facilita el acceso y ahorra dinero en transportes. Es un poco complicado el proceso de check-in y acceso, así como el registro anticipado y la hora de salida es muy temprana.
• Mari (10/5): The best place for a quiet vacation🥰 - The best location, very clean apartment, all kinds of comfort, the owner of the apartment is very attentive. Quiet neighborhood, cafes and an express Carrefour market within walking distance, all conditions for a quiet stay.

• Delin (5/5): a very minimal apartment - -the only good thing is the location. the bedroom is big enough -good and fast response from the team -no dryer, imagine washing the clothes in the cold weather, how many days that one required to make it dry by putting on hanging rack. The reason we chose this property because we need to wash our clothes -the entrance to the apt was dark damp and bit cramp with the hallways was not so clean, the foot carpet outside the door need to be cleaned out -the shower area was clogged with hair that made the drainage runs slow. The hot water only run for a while then became cold, so we had to wait for a while for it getting hot. Very uncomfortable and there are mold in the bathroom -we have to pay the city tax even before checking in -the floor, need to be clean throughly -not providing sandal -window curtain is very thin -the only mirror is the small one in the bathroom :(
• Elena (6/5): Ok for one evening - Location is great. There is espresso machine and coffee capsules. Sofa was very uncomfortable for sleep and furniture overall is quite shabby. I feel it could cost less. Entering and exiting is a bit complicated with combination of codes, online buttons and locks.
• Olivia (8/5): Very good - It has a nice sized kitchen and all the appliances for longer stays, and is reasonably sized. The property felt very safe. The only problems we had were the lack of a dryer as the cold air didn’t do much to dry our clothes and the door handle but that could very much be an us problem as we have never used something like that before 😂

• Mark (9/5): Perfect for a visit to Milan - Great communication from the staff on our booking and check in/out. The apartment was well located - an easy walk to the tram to Duomo and the closest Metro station which is also where you can leave for Milan Malpensa airport by train. We hope to be able to visit Milan again in future and stay in this apartmenr!
• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - We found access into the apartment very easy with instructions easy to follow, great security. Beds were comfortable and everything within walking distance. Thanks for a great stay. I admit the stairs were a bit much but admittedly good exercise.
• Suzanne (7/5): Loved Milan. - Good location and good sized apartment. It needs a small round table for dining. There was an odd desk with sides that could not be propped open. Very stingy with tea bags and garbage bags. I would expect a map of the city and some highlights should have been provided.
• S (8/5): Great location and superb communication from the host! - Location was great, host was very helpful and quick to reply to all queries related to accommodation, parking, zone information etc. Shower, it was not working properly and I guess the host was not notified by the cleaning people.

• Elvin (6/5): Pleasant - Going in and out of the building and apartment it takes a little time because sometimes the intercom frezes and doesn't work as fast as it should and you have to wait couple of minutes.
• Al (4/5): Disappointing - Checking in and access cumbersome and impossible without a smartphone. You even have to watch a video in order to get in. I find the do it yourself registration an affront. For that price the host could do some work herself. Sending a pic of an ID is the most I am willing to do.

• Tanis (8/5): Convenient Location - The location was very convenient to get around most places. It was quite confusing to get into the property each time as it was a combination of entering codes and accessing a link, both to get in the main gate and the building. Then, a separate code to get into the actual apartment. There were several steps that involved codes and links etc that was a bit too much to remember. The shower also did not have much pressure and limited hot water.

My baby had to sleep for lunch and they let us check in earlier - thank you! It is quite pricey for the quality of the furnitures like kitchen table, kitchen utensils and shower.
