• Beauty (3/5): Terrible experience! The environment is so dirty including the entrance of the building but the room is not that bad, i - The environment is so dirty including the entrance of the building but the room is not that bad, i am so disappointed in the host and i will never recommend this apartment to anyone. We checked in on the first day and I discover that the water pressure was very slow and there was no hot water, i contacted the host and all he could say was that there is nothing he can do about the that. I switched on the booster button but there was still no hot water,we had to boil hot water from the electric kettle and when i look around i found a green bucket that's what we used to take our bath on the first day. On the second day, we went out and when we came back we discover that the water has totally stopped rushing out. We contacted the host and he said that there was nothing he could do that we have to wait till the next day. We needed water to take our bath so we had to walk 10 minutes to a nearby store to get water. The following day i chatted him but no response, he had lied to us that the plumber will be coming over to fix the water the following day. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights but we stayed for 2 nights and left the following day. It's seems that he didn't pay for his water bill and they had to switch off the water. I would describe the host in one word, he is impolite!
• Fred (5/5): Generally nice, bed was not comfortable for me but I slept anyway, bathroom was not good. - There is (obviously) no breakfast included, but booking.com is asking how the breakfast was. Anyway, the apartment is nice and is in a good location. The air conditioning was a must as it was 35°C outside on the day we arrived. The living room is nice and modern and well maintained, it was also clean. The kitchen and balcony are very spacious. Bathroom towels and bed sheets and covers were available and clean. The host was very friendly and very responsive, awesome guy. If you're not coming from the UK make sure you have double-to-triple adapters for the power outlets. When we arrived the apartment wasn't yet ready but the cleaning lady gave us a valid reason - the previous tenants left later than expected. We left our luggage at the apartment and came back later and it was ready. The building stairs and elevator were dirty and stayed that way throughout our stay. There was no kitchen dish soap or towel or sponges to clean up after ourselves, we asked for a kitchen towel and dish soap and we only got dish soap. The bedrooms were nice, but the mattresses were way too soft, so whenever I turned it woke me and my girlfriend up because it kept bouncing for a few seconds after :-D The beds were also quite small for me (187cm). The bathroom was the worst experience: it was dirty, the soap dispenser was broken and there were only 2 toilet paper rolls for 2 people for 1 week which ended up not being enough. The shower handle holder thing was completely broken and I had to put it back together to barely work for our stay. The water pressure was weak even though we're on the 1st floor and you have to wait about 3-4 minutes to start getting hot water. I think, at least for the price we paid for our stay, that the bathroom and its cleanliness could be better maintained and modernized. But I think the host must be aware of this and is modernizing the apartment one room at a time.
• Maria (9/5): Superb - The apartment is large, clean and fully equipped. It is close enough to the airport (10/8 minutes by car) and not so far from the center (15 minutes walking). The neighbourhood is very quiet but there are no close beaches (only a promenade along the sea). We didn’t meet the owner but he has been always in touch via WA and very helpful each time we asked for something.

• Manoja (10/5): The staff was very helpful and the apartment was spacious and quiet. Rooms were big and had plenty of wardrobe space. - Easy to find and very close to the beach
• Catalina (9/5): Superb - The apartment is located near the sea, very clean with a fully equipped kitchen, beach towels and for personal use, also the host sent us some videos in What's up to identify the location and with the necessary explanations about where to find the key, where and how to enter the building, which seemed very inspiring to me. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, internet, all the features made our stay pleasant. It took us a little time to find the location because the name of the building was not Mackenzie as we expected but Coralli Court, but we talked to the host in the end and everything went smoothly
