There is a lot of noise, throughout the entire day and night, making it hard to sleep. The insulation could be better for this type of property, considering you have rooms facing directly on the street.

• Guest (7/5): Zero stars solely for the key/lock situation, but the stay is nice otherwise. - I’d honestly give zero stars solely for the key/lock situation with the building/hotel/room. HOWEVER, the room itself was really nice, the bathroom was modern, the location was good, and the guy at the front desk did a fantastic job giving us a run-through. The building, hotel, and room access are managed through a website. You tap some buttons on your phone to unlock, which… sure… is modern and high-tech. However, last night at 23:00, we couldn’t unlock the main door to the building. We had to ring the neighboring hotel to let us in and ended up waiting outside in the dark longer than was comfortable (again, no fault of any individual, just this key/lock tech system and whoever chose it). I did not feel safe not knowing if the key would work if the power went out, if my phone died, if we didn’t have service, if we could escape in a fire, or if someone could hack the system. As a woman, it worried me how unsafe I would have been if I wasn’t with someone else in the moment we were locked outside. I also wonder how anyone who isn’t tech-savvy would navigate this, such as a slightly older family member. Especially since it all works through a link that was shared with us via WhatsApp. Again, this hotel is in a great location, and the room was cute. But I would consider steering clear if any of the above give you hesitation.

• Michael (8/5): Great Hotel, over communicative staff - The hotel room is quite beautiful. There is no "lobby" or any services, but that's not really what we came to Rome for anyways. Room was amazingly beautiful, and modern, BUT the AC in the summer did not quite keep pace. I often woke up sweating. Likewise it's on a busy street so it's a little loud; nothing crazy or deal breaking, but something to note. My only real "Con" was the significantly over communicative staff. We were messaged maybe 15-20 times about our arrival, paying the tourist fee, arrival again, pre registration, ect... All things that really were not necessary (other than pre registration). It got to the point where we had to start ignoring them so we could enjoy our last night in Florence. We often would answer their questions and they would just keep asking the same questions, it became a exhausting after the 1st day (which was 2 days before we got there), but it kept continuing even while we were there. We just stopped responding, but that resulted in even more messages. Overall good experience, I just wish we didn't have to field so many unnecessary questions.

Le remplissage du frigo quotidiennement aurait été le bienvenu car une demi bouteille d’eau a l’arrivée et pour tout le séjour ça fait très juste. Il manque une boîte de mouchoirs en papier.

Easy enough to get an UBER if we travelled somewhere far. Would definitely recommend. Some people are saying it's on the smaller side but that's a given being in Rome. The phone use as a room key was slightly annoying as sometimes due to bad reception it took ages to be able to get into the room.

Близко к Колизею и фонтану Треви Шумно даже с закрытыми окнами и рано утром и поздно ночью. Хотелось запустить в комнату свежий воздух, но шум на улице был слишком громкий. В душе постоянно набиралось много воды.
