• Jola (7/5): Brak poszanowania prywatności. - Lokalizacja świetna. Pierwsze wrażenie również bardzo dobre. Trzeciego dnia pobytu panowie zaczęli wymieniać klimatyzację w apartamencie. Zajęło im to ponad 6 godzin, wszędzie kurz bo montowali nowe urządzenia, Nikt nie zapytał nas o zgodę wręcz przeciwnie. Łóżka zostały zakurzone, resztki opakowań na podłodze. Dopiero po awanturze i naszej interwencji dostali nakaz od pani z obsługi aby zaprzestać i opuścić apartament. Jednakże zmarnowało nam to już cały dzień. Ponadto pani która miała po nich posprzątać zmieniła pościel i jedynie zamiotla kurz na podłodze co przyniosło wymierny efekt. To był nasz ostatni wieczór pobytu w tym apartamencie. Podczas deszczu i burzy łazienka została zalana bo przecieka okno dachowe. Po pobycie niechcianych gości zniknęła buteleczka coś coli. Podsumowując pobyt dla osób lubiących emocje i niespodzianki.

• Guillermo (10/5): Comodo, limpio y equipado. - Muy cómodo, tiene ascensor hasta el penúltimo piso, después se sube un piso por escalera. Ubicación en barrio seguro y conectado muy cercano al Metro. Todo estaba limpio con toallas y pantuflas nuevas para nosotros. Bien equipado con lavadora y cocina con utensilios y artefactos. La ducha/tina no tiene cortinas así que se mojaba el piso del baño y nos dimos cuenta que el lavaplatos botaba agua por debajo si se usaba mucho tiempo.

• Ivana (9/5): Full Milano experience :) - The apartment has all that you need, it's clean, comfortable and safe. The location is superb, it's really close to the Central station making day trips a breeze and it's a lovely 30min walk away from Duomo. There's a really good supermarket across the street with delicious vines and cheeses and anything else you might need. The view from the mini balcony area is gorgeous, and the bathroom has a ceiling window, letting in loads of daylight. The checkin is later in the day, 15h (3pm) which makes luggage storing an issue if you have early flights but this can be solved trough lockers that are located nearby the apartment and are safe and easy to use. There's also a room in the apartment that is not supposed to be opened, this surprised us, it's a storage room (nothing weird) but I think this should be accessible to guests and not locked (for feelings of safety). FYI the link that opens the front door won't work after checkout time.
• Marek (10/5): Fajne miejsce na City break 👍 - Lokalizacja obiektu - jak dla nas była rewelacyjna. Dzielnica Loreto jest naprawdę świetnym rozwiązaniem dla osób które nie boją się spacerować ale zapewniamy że spacer z Loreto do Centrum jest naprawdę przyjemny. Nie przebiega jakaś męcząca częścią Mediolanu tylko trasą gdzie co chwilę są fajne boczne uliczki gdzie tętni życie. Chcesz poczuć klimat włoskiego życia to Loreto jest dobrym rozwiązaniem. Jest tańsze niż Brera czy Navigli. Ale jest bardzo blisko dworca Centralnego i jest naprawdę spokojną częścią Mediolanu. Nie słuchajcie opowieści że wszędzie blisko dworca jest niebezpiecznie. Nieprawda! Ta część była super. Na przeciwko kwatery jest spory market w którym kupisz wszystko co niezbędne - a nawet więcej 😉 20 metrów od wejścia do budynku jest fantastyczna i znana pizzeria „Bonci”…pyszna pizza rzymska. 50 m od kwatery jest super kawiarnia B Cafe….. A jak ruszysz na południe w stronę Lorta Romana albo dalej do Navigli… to już wszędzie pełno kawiarni 💪👍 My dużo chodziliśmy więc nie korzystaliśmy z Metro ale jest ono bardzo blisko kwatery. Jedyna rzecz której trochę brakowało to jakaś sofa albo fotel gdzie można usiąść po całym dniu… W apartamencie było tylko łóżko (na stałe rozłożone ) do spania oraz stolik z dwoma krzesłami. Więc po prostu trochę brakowało tego - choć prawda jest że apartament jest nieduży więc …mogłoby być ciężko z rozmieszczeniem ale przy dobrym planowaniu - dałoby się spokojnie. Podobnie brakowało jakiegoś małego stolika który mógłby razem z krzesłem wylądować na mini balkonikach … fajnie by było móc usiąść i wypić kawę na balkonie … niestety obecnie tylko wersja „stojąca” albo krzesło bez stolika 🥴

• lyroudi (9/5): - Είναι ένα άνετο διαμέρισμα σε κεντρικό σημείο με εύκολη πρόσβαση και αρκετές ανέσεις. Καλή επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη. Θα το συνιστούσα. Στις φωτογραφίες φαίνεται άλλο διαμέρισμα. Αλλά συνειδητοποιήσαμε ότι πρόκειται για δύο διαμερίσματα. Θα έπρεπε ο ιδιοκτήτης να το ξεκαθαρίζει αυτό, γιατί δυσκολεύτηκαμε λίγο να βρούμε την είσοδο. Επίσης, τη μια μέρα που έβρεχε πολύ, ο φεγγίτης στο μπάνιο έσταζε και είχε λίγα νερά στο πάτωμα.

Keyless check in super convenient Host very responsive Supermarket just across the road Late night McDonalds just round the corner Very basic and a little run down We had no heating or hot water 2 mornings due to a switch being off (once we thought we might have done this accidentally, but the second time it was housekeeping that switched this off) Host makes a big thing of leaving coffee. We arrived to none, and then we were left 2 only pods. Would suggest you brought your own
• Ekaterina (9/5): Great location and very warm stay - The location was perfect in a very beautiful building with elevator! There is a supermarket just in front of it, a metro station 5 min walking (red line is the best and direct to get to the city centre) The view was lovely ! The host was nice, it is easy to get inside with your phone (make sure it is always charged, send the entrance link to your partner for the security) The apartment was very warm, the bed and pillows were comfortable. There was a washing machine, a hair dryer, basic things to cook (even a small kit for cooking with olive oil and salt, which was very nice. Small minuses: sometimes you could hear the noise from the cars outside (idk why people in Italy honk at night on empty streets, the ambulance as well) The TV was glitchy My towel had quite a lot of long hair on it (not mine), but it was clear the towels were clean - I guess the washing machine just didn’t remove it properly. I’d pay more attention to cleaning What I’d improve: I would change the duvets. The duvet cover didn’t fully cover the duvet, and I noticed a few dark spots on it, which was very unpleasant. There even was a detergent to wash clothes, but it was empty. I understand that the price for Milan is quite reasonable, but I would also replace the cookware, it was pretty old and scratched. The rest was pretty good, I know these details really matter
• kelly (6/5): Great location, comfortable bed, but no frills - Location was excellent and comfortable bed. Difficult to get in front door unless phone has premium service. Fortunately we had 2 phones. Only 2 coffee capsules for 2 nights. No shower curtain. No television. Quite basic.

Good comfy bed and plenty of towels . Communication was excellent. The shower cubicle could do with a little TLC - and the entrance door to the apartment is a little temperamental but could be user error !
• GUILLERMO (10/5): Alojamiento muy completo, en muy buena zona - El alojamiento está ubicado a 15 minutos andando de la estación de tren. La zona es muy tranquila, pero con muchos servicios, cerca de la Avenida Buenos Aires. Teníamos un supermercado en frente. El apartamento estaba situado en un séptimo piso, con mucha luz, la cocina muy bien equipada. Aunque éramos 2 personas, disponíamos, además de la habitación, de un sofá-cama, con sábanas y toallas para cuatro. El apartamento tenía calefacción central, con temperatura muy agradable en todo momento. Todo estuvo perfecto

• Andrew (9/5): A good apartment in a great location with a nice view, but with some practical drawbacks - The location is very good and well connected to public transport. The apartment is easy to reach both on foot and by metro from Milano Centrale, just two metro stops away. It’s also very convenient to have a PAM supermarket right across the street. The apartment has a nice view over Milan’s business district and feels modern. It is well equipped overall, with a decent kitchen suitable for a short stay. The apartment is located in the attic rather than on a standard floor, which may not be ideal for everyone. The layout also felt a bit unusual, especially in the bedroom where access to the power sockets was inconvenient. The most frustrating aspect was the entry system: the PIN door lock was very slow and unresponsive at first, and after a long flight it was stressful to get in until we understood how it worked. Cleanliness could also be improved. Additionally, there was no free luggage drop-off option, only a paid service - which was a downside compared to other stays we’ve had in Italy where luggage storage was offered.

Missään vaiheessa ei kerrottu että asuntoja on kaksi, toinen A talossa ja toinen B talossa. Tullessamme yritin ensin epätoivoisesti väärän talon asuntoon....vasta tavattuani talojen vartijan asia selkeni.... Yllätys oli myös Jouluaatto iltana asuntoomme pyrkivä nuori mies, hän oli myös tietämätön kahdesta asunnosta eri taloissa, mutta kaikki kyllä järjesty !!

Nice view from the windows and good location near Milano Centrale. The area is quiet and feels safe at night. The blanket was not very comfy. The sink in the kitchen was clogged. No shelves in the bathroom to put your staff while having a shower.

Apartment cute and in a beautiful building with nice neighbour's, a whole experience in itself. Loved the pretty yard. Comfortable and clean bedding and towels. Sofa bed comfortable, one of the best I’ve tried. Skylight curtain in living room just above sofa bed were broken when we stayed. Didn’t get much sleep for the 2 of us sleeping in living room as it gets super bright very early. Apartment said it will be fixed after we move out so hopefully no one else will have this issue. Those sleeping in bedroom did not have this issue. Only 2 chairs for apartment for 4 people. Amenities were sparse (but clean and new) - small bottle dishsoap, 1 laundry detergent, 2 rolls of toilet papers, 2 coffee capsules. Not a big deal, but good to know to bring some yourself or be prepared to buy. Note the garbage room is locked during evening and weekends, only able to dispose garbage when the guard is working.

The apartment is bright and spacious and had everything I needed for a short stay. It is located just a short distance from Corso Buenos Aires and a 10 minute walk to Stazione Centrale. Check in is very easy and staff are very attentive to any queries or requests. Would happily book again. Everything was good.

• Irina (6/5): Beautiful apartment that is not looked after. - Location, free taxi, early check in I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but I decided to do this to point out the shortcomings to the owners and warn the next guests. The apartment is in a great location, in a very beautiful house. But, unfortunately, it is very noticeable that the apartment is not looked after. It is very abandoned and has not been renovated since it was built. The sockets are 20 years old, the kitchen doors are skewed, the chairs and walls are dirty, the plumbing is old, the flowers are withered outside the window, the terrible smell of cheap economic cleaning products. I'm not talking about the strong noise from the street, the lack of welcome trifles (water, tea, salt, etc.). It can be seen that the owner saves a lot on the apartment, it needs repair and is definitely not worth the money for which it is rented. It may be expensive to change plumbing, but painting the walls and putting clean chair covers isn't that expensive. We covered the chairs withtowels, so it was unpleasant to touch them. It's a pity, but it's true.

I think if there is some basic condiment like oil，salt，pepper would be much convenient to the travellers.We had to buy these thing and carry them，being incresed our luggage weight. Also a cheif knife needed.

• Mary (10/5): A great find! - This is a really nice apartment in a very convenient location close to the Corso Buenos Aires shopping area and a short walk to Central Station and the Metro. It was more spacious than I expected and was very comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped (washing machine, coffee maker etc.) and had everything I needed. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to rebook when I next visit Milan. Special word of thanks to Ilaria and Giuilia for being so helpful and attentive with my queries.

• David (9/5): Nice stay with a view - The view is nice. The apartment is bigger than we expected and has everything needed for a short stay. It has a central location in a beautiful house. The first night right in front of the house was a road construction till 3 am, the whole house was vibrating, and it was impossible to sleep at all. We understand it is probably difficult to foresee such accidents, but it spoiled our experience. Unfortunately, the host did not offer valuable compensation for this inconvenience.
