Zonder enige reactie van de eigenaar! - Het was een veilige en mooie accommodatie Na de eerste nacht kwamen we terug in het appartement en was er geen stroom. Er lag een brief in het Maleisisch dat de elektra niet was betaald. Daardoor was het afgesloten van elektra. We moesten een ander verblijf boeken, omdat de reactie van de eigenaar uit bleef. Tot op heden niks meer vernomen. Gelukkig konden we snel iets nieuws boeken in hetzelfde pand via een andere eigenaar.

• Mark (8/5): - Lovely stay at our accomodation in Kuala Lumpur. You have stores and restaurants withing walking distance (which is very convenient since you have to go by car to a lot of places for sightseeing.) The beds are very firm, but if you are not bothered by that, this is an incredibly nice appartment. Also very nice that this building has a pool & the security up front is very helpful!

• mario (8/5): Goed naar onze zin gehad, we verbleven voor de derde keer in dit appartement - ik was voor de derde keer in dit appartement Dus het bevalt. Locatie is ideaal, alles zit dichtbij. op verzoek kregen we een tweede keycard voor de deur van het appartement. Liften ging bij ons lekker vlot, geen lange wacht tijden. De airco had een lekkage, welke door te melden ook snel gerepareerd werd, daarna had ik het gevoel dat hij niet goed meer te besturen was. blies erg hard, waar je met de afstandsbediening geen verandering in kon brengen. Maar gelukkig bleef de airco wel koelen. Verder is bijna alles voorhanden in het appartement. Een klein bakoventje zou een leuke aanvulling in de keuken zijn. Tevens een klein salontafeltje bij de bank zou prettig zijn.

• Jason (1/5): Disappointing stay in the Robertson Bukit Bintang - Nothing really. We wanted to move out the minute we saw our apartment. Contacted the staff no reply don't even bother to call or write back. No customer care. Complianed to Booking. Com. They too had no reply. Never encountered this ever on Booking. Com. You shoukd take them off you list. Unreliable. No customer service at all. Fifty stained counch. Cant sit on it. Was just yucky. Staff was unresponsive. Nor central as claimed. Had to pay RM 25 for a grab to Pavillion. Had to wait for long time to get a lift. Noisy neighbor and street/ car noise. Only provide 2 rolls of toilet. Stinghy. Never return. Worst stay ever.

• Tuula (9/5): Rahalle vastinetta - Siisti ja tilava huoneisto. Hyvä sijainti lähellä Jalan Aloria ja muita nähtävyyksiä. Hyvin toimiva Wi-Fi. Iso uima-allas. Ympärivuorokautinen vartiointi. Astioita vähän, ei veitsiä. Tyynyt todella likaisia, ne uusittava heti! Peitot pesuun, ne myös likaiset.

• Mandee (3/5): A bummer - Security staff were very friendly The bed was hard as a rock. If you happen to be on the thinner side and also a side sleeper, forget about it. Long forward to some long nights. The train runs just below the unit, so it's loud as hell, especially in the evening. That was a fun surprise. Nothing redeemable about that property. Wouldn't stay there again unless necessary.

• Aiza (8/5): Good for a short stay, gets exhausting after a couple of days - The property had a pool and there was a series of restaurants, supermarkets and a mall right below. It was walking distance from Jalan Alor street. There was a washing machine and stocked up cleaning supplies. The elevators were sometimes not working, it would take up to 15 minutes to go up or down. The train would constantly go from outside which was very noisy. It didn’t particularly bother us but it might be a problem for people. There was only one entrance card so as a family we always had to stick together. Lastly, there was no cleaning services with the room, we had to pay an extra RM 40 per day. The clothes drying rack was broken.

• Wan (7/5): Good - Good location. Food was easy to get. Good view of city. Instructions to get into unit was very clear. Pillows are not comfortable at all. Too small. I woke up with a bad neck. Floor towels not provided. The floor mats are tiny. When we checked in, trash from previous occupant was still in the bin.

• Philip (9/5): Good stay for a few days - Great location and a good sized apartment in Bukit Bintang city centre. Self check in and out really easy. The air con in the bedroom was a bit noisy at night.

• Dittrick (8/5): Good value - Close to peddling street. Nice, inexpensive restaurant near. Nice big & clean pool. Apartment was nice. Firm bed, nice shower. If you like a cold room, the air conditioning doesn’t hear isn’t great as it cools slightly only (more like a fan). The hosts doesn’t always respond but will send any required information.
• Eleanor (6/5): Pleasant - Check in was clear and easy. Good location in the city. Great facilities in the block with a pool etc. Asked for further help on services in the apartment and received no reply. Not a clean apartment with mould in the shower and dust / dirt - in need for a deep clean. Cooking facilities were not there - with no chopping board etc. limited ability to cook there. The drains smelled strongly of sewage for the whole time we were there.

The staff were very helpful and responded very quickly when I had a query or question. I would definitely recommend this appartment to anyone.

• John (9/5): A nice and semi-luxurious place to stay for a few nights - Fancy high rise lifestyle. The floor and rooms were clean, the air conditioning and appliances were easy to access (gotta turn on the 20 amp switches), and there is a drying rack for clothes. It was a comfortable stay overall. The Robertson is a 10-20 minute walk to most of the interesting places nearby and the Plaza Rakyat station. The pool was nice, though you have to sign in, and it’s prohibited to swim when it rains. Extra towels, including a hand or face towel, would have been appreciated. Having to re-input the door code to enter the apartment gets tiring. The TV lacked good streaming channels.

• Xoxo (7/5): Good - As per discussion conversation ..owner able to let us check in earlier abit due to we have elderly As kitchen and room clean. If need to go Petaling Street still have to order Garb cause quite far..but the location at center quite convenient

I wish they provided us Atleast with some tea bags or small packet of coffee and a small milk. moreover, more utensils for cooking purposes and washing powder. please a hand wash in the bathroom as well and more towels for swimming purposes.
