Patricia (1/5): Cold, cramped and uncomfortable. - The location was good It was very uncomfortable. There was a reverse cycle air con, but the tiny house was still freezing cold with the heat on. The television didn't work. The outlook was very exposed to the main house, and there was no real privacy. The managing agent didn't answer calls or emails. We had booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1 because it was too cold, cramped and uncomfortable.
Linda (4/5): Disapppointing. - The owner tried to be helpful with connecting my phone to the TV so I could watch the News however I needed to have and use Apps which I had not downloaded The available parking was remote from the property so I was not feeling safe in walking distances from my car to the property in the dark nor happy about street parking for my vehicle. The photos on the Booking.com site showed a covered parking space. The bedding had a stain on the doona and the bathroom rubbish tidy had not been emptied from the previous tenant. The bed lacked support which caused me back discomfort the next day. The lounge tiny sofa in the lounge was uncomfortable and was also stained. The property was difficult to find as the house number is not apparent on Junction Road and the property is actually on the side street.

Naomi (7/5): Good - Great location, close to train station and restaurants. Well appointed space, tastefully put together. The air conditioner didn't seem to be big enough to properly cool the space even though it was a small room.
Andy (8/5): Nice and peaceful while remaining handy to main road to the city and Airport - Close to a variety of cafes and grocery store. (Recommend Le Bottega for coffee ans snacks only about 400 meters away). The Tiny Home is very comfortable for either one or two people. It was a bit tricky to find at first as it is in the back garden of a residential building. It cannot be seen from the main roa. Side access is very easy once I worked it out :) Reecommend this place for short to medium term stays. I stayed for 5 nights. All good
