Please note that linen is not provided in this property. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternatively if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $135 p.w., or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual pricing review by the linen hire company). Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. miss j greyson (10/5): wonderful, - Everything,my sister and i have stayed there before.its a excellent apartment,GREAT SPOT,CLOSE TO PUB,BEACH AND a pleasant 15minute walk to town.i love Kings Beach. there is only one little thing the 38stairs or more to get to the apartment can be challenging after a long day walk .
Therese and Mark (10/5): Thanks for making your unit so comfortable! - We had a great view from the balcony - perfect for breakfast and a cool spot away from the morning heat. The big aircon did a good job to keep the unit a pleasant temp when needed. The kitchen had everything you wanted for making a meal and also plenty of glassware and crockery which many units lack. Two big couches made our stay very comfortable as well as having a comfy bed too. The unit was tastefully outfitted as well as having all the comforts of home. The top floor gave good views however that did mean extra stairs which probably are no big deal to most people.
