Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. - Kim-irene (9/5): Perfect spot and space to wind down - Perfect location. Fantastic balcony and aspect to relax and watch the world go by. Spacious apartment. Good lounge and good kitchen/counter space. Heated pool was a bonus. Close walk to beach . Provision of parking was great and complex quite secure Only comment was that Freezer drawers needed defrosting. Stuck together with ice but we got them open. Window sill in bedroom could do with a wipe but overall that is minor.. kitchen clean and bathroom clean
- Les (10/5): As good as it gets! No need to travel O.S. for an enjoyable, relaxing holiday - FOR A CHANGE the property was as advertised in all respects. This is rare as I have been VERY disappointed from a property on STAYZ and one on BOOKINGS.COM several years before the covid plague. This included such things as: old junky furniture, NO VIEW when one was shown in the ad, non-working fridge, cockroaches in both bedrooms and no A/C when a premium price was paid. Therefore you may see how happy we were with the property !! Also, the price for our week was exceptional when compared to the many properties I looked at. It was obvious that most were trying to recoup their covid shutdown losses and therefore lost even more. NOTHING - ZERO - ZILCH !

Close to everything we wanted.Happy with the parking.Loved the pool, very clean and enjoyable. Only one thing we didn’t like was some plates and mugs were chipped and looked very ugly and untidy amongst the the others and it results to health hazards and infections. The cleaners should pick this up and report them to be removed and replaced.
