Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. - Wayde (10/5): Definitely coming back! Location was awesome with us enjoying the short walk to the tavern and shops it is a great area - We’ll set out accommodation. Good size kitchen and great aspect of the pool. May cobwebs cleaned off balconies but really everything else was great!

- Sarah (8/5): Nice break - The room had lots of little extras. Tennis rackets, books, gaming, lots of utilities in the kitchen One of the bathrooms didnt seem to have been cleaned. There was sand all through the shower and no toilet paper. There was also only a small amount of toilet paper in other bathroom so we had to go and buy some.

- Gurdeep (6/5): Pleasant - The property was good. But the money you guys charge for the cleaning that’s not fair because we pay enough money to cover everything. Also, cleaning wasn’t even provided in the middle of the stay and we need to arrange the toilet paper and tissues as well. It’s very sad to pay the extra money to cover the cleaning. I never book through you guys again. It wasn’t end of lease cleaning ☹️☹️
- Rodney02 (10/5): Amazing Apartment with the perfect pool - The location is perfect being close to shops, everything in walking distance, the pool is amazing surrounding the resort and apartments. The Apartment is perfectly setup with all the things needed to have an amazing holiday, coffee machine, tennis racquets, board games, kitchen is beautiful - everything supplied to cook a meal. Also the spa was amazing too! Can't wait to bring the family back again and stay here, will be back 100% ❤️ The resort restaurant is only open wed to sat from 4pm only, We used the apartment kitchen and love to cook, so no worries

- Itab (10/5): The apartment and resort feels comfortable and luxurious but close to everything - The apartment was clean and modern. I was worried it might be outdated, but the property is well maintained. The two rooms are internally separate which is suitable for families with young teenagers. The main apartment has a sofa bed which accommodates for the 5-6th person (or young kids) . It also has a spa bath, and main kitchen/ laundry. The 2nd room has their own bathroom and kitchenette. There is a good range of books and DVDs for the guests. The property is privately maintained separately from the resort apartments but all the resort facilities including the main pool, tennis courts, heated lap pool, gym facilities and sauna are available to use. The resort is close to the nearby shopping centre and activities in the area. You do have to pick up /drop off keys from a separate location which is approximately 7 minutes drive
