Hermann (2/5): Das Angebot ist als FeWo inakzeptabel - Lage der FeWo, Betten sind o.k., neue Waschmaschine, Vermieter/Vermittler versucht akute technische Probleme zu beheben Mehrtägige Probleme durch fehlendes warmes Duschwasser, mehrtägige defekte Toilettenspülung, schlechter Zustand des Badezimmerbodens, offene Steckdosen im Badezimmer (Sicherheitsrisiko), Provisorium einer Zimmertür (Magnetverschluss, Schnur als Türgriffersatz), inakzeptabler Reinigungszustand des Backofens, mangelhafte, fehlende Küchenausstattung (bei 10 Betten: Besteck, Gläser und Tassen für 4 Gäste, Plastikbesteck), miserabler Reinigungszustand des Grundstücks, Vermieter ist nicht bereit zu einem Gespräch über Nachlass wegen Mängeln
