• Dennis (10/5): Great place to relax after long days of rheme parks - It is quiet at night and offered plenty of space to relax after hitting the parks. So much better than a hotel or timeshare condo. It is a personal thing, the master BR was very bright even with all the blinds/curtains closed. But not a deal breaker. The remote control for the TV was difficult to make it work.

• Janet (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed at Rios house for a family vacation to Epic and Islands of adventure. The home is very cozy and had plenty of space for the family. The garage has a pool table, foosball table and even an arcade game machine, best of all with a mini split unit that allows you to play comfortably with the family. My kids really enjoyed this! The kitchen has ample space and pretty much everything you need. The outdoor pool was great, after a long hot day at the parks my kids really enjoyed it! Although it rained for part of our stay we were still able to enjoy it. The community is very nice and clean and makes you feel a sense of safety. The house is very close to restaurants and shopping centers. It was about a 25 min drive to Universal Studios. Walt Disney is about 10 minutes away from the house. Our host was very quick to respond when we had an issue with the security lock for the door. Other than that we had no issues with our stay. We would love to come back when we visit Orlando again. • Eugenio (9/5): Awsome for family - We loved the rooms and clean, also pool but i think you have to request for heating pool and also the grill Compay answers quick on questions. And cleaning personal are honest people they return left items left behind we drove back 30 minutes to pick something we left and personal was really copertative . We really recomend this property for big family. We dont know if the pool heating worked or needs to be requested.

• Benschar (10/5): We had a wonderful visit! Beautiful setup, beautiful home!!! - The house was beautiful, spacious, and really comfortable for the 5 of us. We really enjoyed staying here. We will come again! It would have been nice if the pool had the option of heat but other than that everything was perfect.

Good air-conditioning and fans in bedrooms, TV in each room, great pool, comfortable beds, great kitchen facilities and laundry, our family loved the facilities for adults and 6 and 12 year olds. easy to find. Cant say anything

• Shelly (10/5): Relaxing and enjoyable. - I loved it will definitely stay here again. Close store for shopping were great! Coffee filters . Easy to get on and off the freeways the beds were clean the house was cool . Pool area was great . The small pool is a pool not a hot tub and we had issues with that draining on the 1st day but they were quick to get someone out in 24 hrs. We didn't even use it. Love the laundry room was right off the pool area and then it was a bathroom. Loved the master room and bath. Very private. 1 week wasn't long enough. You use the kitchen to make your own food and they have about everything except Muffin Pans, Pot holders for cooking and Pizza cutters, My advice go to a dollar store and Get another 1 of everything you need otherwise the kitchen was great! Bring your own salt and pepper garbage bags coffee filters etc. THE PALM TREES IN THE DRIVEWAY NEED TO BE TRIMED . Otherwise it was fantastic.
• Sherer (10/5): Would stay again. - Very nicely laid out and plenty of space. They made great use of the rooms. Even had a little desk area if needed to work. Very peaceful. They responded quickly and very easy to work with. Loved the property. Only issue I had was batteries in one of the rooms for the remote didn’t work but wasn’t a big deal. They were very detail oriented and responsive.
• Lourdes (10/5): The house was very spacious and comfortable, for the 5 adults in my group. - I enjoyed the space that the house had, and that every person had their own private room. The toilet paper holder in the master bathroom was not attached to the wall and kept falling off, anytime someone would use it. The socket on the wall, in the master bathroom, between the two wash sinks was not properly attached to the wall. It kept coming out every time I unplugged my hair appliance to it.
• Justin (10/5): Rios House was a great getaway for my family and I . - i liked the cleanliness, size of home, location, pool, pool table and the nice rooms for my kids . My stay here was perfect . I have no dislikes about the property.
• Carolyn (8/5): Lovely house in a nice area - shame about the broken pool. - The house was lovely and it provided a good base for us to visit some nature reserves locally and Cape Canaveral for a day trip. Although we were not wanting to visit the Disney resorts they were quite close. The house was very clean when we arrived. It was beautifully appointed with comfortable chairs and good quality fittings. The Pool heating was broken so we were not able to use the pool or hot tub which was very disappointing. Also the water level of the pool went down each day we were there. The owners were aware but explained they could not get an engineer to fix the problem whilst we were there. I was surprised by the poor quality of the bedding - the pillows and pillow cases were all different and looked well used. There was not a lot of crockery which was fine for us as we were only 3 people but if a larger group came that would be difficult.
• Saldana (10/5): A beautiful, confortable and well located home to be away from home. Highly recommended! - House was over all very nice. Great layout, decor, amenities, pool. We felt like at home. Everything that was listed was as described. We really enjoyed staying at the rios house. The only thing that was not perfect is that the house was listed as "no pets allowed" but there were fair amounts of pet hair in some locations. We have no pets so we were surprised but it was not a big deal.
