- Thomas (7/5): Cozy Studio above Corso Como. But, no kitchen.... - There is no kitchen. A coffee maker but no mugs. Very confused upon arriving as I usually prepare food at home and it is only possible if you use a microwave.
- Angela (2/5): Very poor - The host was consistently polite and responsive in her communication, which was certainly appreciated. That said, several aspects of the stay were rather disappointing. The check-in process was somewhat confusing, and the room itself was notably small. There was a coffee machine, but only two capsules were provided for a three-night stay, with no cups or mugs available — only two wine glasses. All crockery and cutlery were disposable, and surprisingly, not even a single bottle of water was offered. More seriously, I suffered an accident within the property, which required medical attention. I was then informed that there was no insurance cover in place, which I found quite concerning. Additionally, the remote control for the heating system was missing and only delivered the following day, after a sleepless night. While the host’s manner was kind, the overall experience fell significantly short of expectations in both comfort and safety.
