- Yuyu (1/5): Disappointed. - Nothing. 1. Despite being located on the ninth floor in a city area, noise from motorbikes and cars is loud at night, which may be disruptive for light sleepers. 2. The bed is uncomfortable, with springs that can be felt through the mattress. Additionally, the bedsheet and pillowcase appear to be worn or torn, making the experience feel less than satisfactory for the price paid. 3. The lift is described as confusing and poorly maintained, with mismatched floor numbers on the buttons. For instance, pressing the button for level 10 is needed to reach level 9, which may lead to frustration. 4. There is a RM100 cleaning fee at checkout, which could catch some guests off guard if it wasn’t clearly disclosed. 5. The water heater in the master bedroom’s bathroom reportedly does not work properly. However, the management insists it is in working condition, leaving the issue unresolved for guests. Side note: There are some scratches on the floor when you entered the unit. There are iron marks on the carpet in the living room.
- Izzul (5/5): Passable - The unit is large and facing toward the Mount Austin city view. The unit itself has mini pool table which is very rare facility provided. The unit is somehow dusty and not cleaned properly. The toilet has mold and using washing machine pipe has a bidet. The second room is shared with an AC compressor and is unable to close the door to isolate the compressor sound. The mattress in the main bedroom needs replacement as soon as possible. It is already not comforting and can damage old folks' back,

- Ariftv (7/5): Overall, everything is okay and nice to stay on for a short vacation - I love the view! The bathroom (master room) should have a rubber pipe. Or I could suggest putting buckets and dippers. Then I suggest putting a mirror in the bathroom.
