- Sowmiya (3/5): Not really a good stay, not worth for money - Nicely located, balcony Shower, Toilet door no lock, electricity outage, lights were not working in the bedroom and living. No Parking. No clothes storage
- Aida (2/5): - Close to the beach, grocery shoppings and restaurants The worst experience we ever had on a holiday. Sofa Bed was broken and my sister can’t even sleep. We couldn’t even use it to sit on. One of the dinning chair is broken luckily we noticed it before my kids use it. Bath tub is terrible and can’t even put your foot on it to shower. Bench tops and tables not even wiped. There is no air con in the rooms and can’t even open the windows because of no window screens. There is a fan in each room but lots of dust on it. There were cockroaches all over the house and kitchen. Very old oven. Very noisy street and lots of drunk people yelling and laughing in mid night. We couldn’t connect to the internet and when we asked for help, the owner answer was that it’s pretty simple just use the remote! She replied a day after I send her a message.
- Nicola (7/5): - The apartment looked like the photos. Was clean and nicely presented. Great location.
Great communication from the owners regarding entry and exit to the apartment. Very friendly and polite. The blinds did not cover the windows properly and let a huge amount of light in. This made it difficult to sleep.
The washing machine in unit didn’t work and we were only notified of this on arrival.
- Amanda (8/5): Good central spot at a fair price - Location was very central

- GOKULAMURTHY (3/5): Not worth for the money to stay with family - location very old apartment, NO aircons in the bedrooms, and complicated to get the visitor's car parking slot

- Brittany (10/5): This accomodation was cute and cosy and perfect for a girls weekend away - Lovely place for a girls trip
- Sorokina (6/5): - Location Cockroaches
- Alina (5/5): Not suitable for families with kids - The apartment doesn’t look so cosy as it appears on the fotos Unfortunately the fotos of the apartment were taken a while ago. Everything is very old and there are a lot of insects in the kitchen
- Melissa (8/5): Comfortable and convenient location - Allowed for early check in
Had everything we needed to stay for a week without needing to eat out
Access to facilities to wash clothes
- Christine (8/5): Great location but can be noisy. - Easy to get into. Well equipped. Very good location The trams and place across the road were quite noisy. Lounge sofa was so uncomfortable but I did let them know so hopefully it will be replaced. The noise stopped late at night and I had earphones with rain sounds so didn’t bother me. We did have trouble with the bed being so far away from the PowerPoint.
- Christine (7/5): - The location was within walking distance to everything.
Unit was very spacious and clean and welcoming. The location because you could hear everything going on down on the street. Loud, drunk people.
Parking was limited. Had to park on the street a few times.
Shower not built for tall people.

- Karen (3/5): Would not recommend, has potential but in desperate need of repair. Cleaners were doing a great job with what they had - Location was great Parking was terrible, blinds in second bedroom were broken and stuck open allowing for street lights and shop signs to flood the room, sofa bed/lounge was uncomfortable and linen provided but no bedding provided for sofa bed which was told would be provided. Toilet in need of repair. 1 of dinning chairs broken.

- shahdokht (9/5): - Location and equipment The intercom system was a bit annoying as it was not working
- Colleen (8/5): Close to the shops and great having a kitchen to prepare breakfast and lunch! - Location was close to everything, the beds were very comfortable! There was construction going the first night right below us the kept one of our group up all night, we ended up moving the bed to the living room where the noise was less of an issue. Problem solved.
- Victoria (10/5): Wonderful stay; Madalin is a good host; we will definitely stay in this place again. - Location was great; walking distance to Surfers Paradise; lots of public transportation available.

- Georgia (9/5): Absolutely perfect - Perfect place in the middle of surfers paradise loved being able to walk down to the beach. Wished there was aircons in the bedrooms.
- Georgina (10/5): Highly recommend staying at this place. Whether it be for the weekend or a week long trip. - The property was clean and so aesthetically renovated. Made the trip way more fun and enjoyable!
- Caitlin (7/5): Host has done a great job at building an oasis, but maybe not a good choice for kiddos :) - The inside of the apartment is decorated very nicely and plenty is added to make guests feel at home, I can see the the host goes above and beyond to make the inside an oasis and they have done a super commendable job at that. I don't enjoy saying this because the host is very kind and had truly done what they can, but this apartment was incredibly noisy and the location felt sketchy. The building is very old, the parking is difficult to navigate and there is rarely any spots to park so please get a taxi or tram, and the elevators were half working and had people spitting in them. We caught barely any sleep the entire time because the neighbours above us were having screaming matches and throwing things at all hours of the morning and drunk people were screaming on the street all night. This is not the fault of the host, but it made my little sister very scared and we had to genuienly consider going and getting a hotel room for the night. This location would be great if you are coming down for a beach weekend with the girls/boys and wanted to have a holiday, but I really wish I had known about the surroundings of this place prior to coming here because it really ruined our theme park holiday to start every day completely exhausted :(
- Tina (8/5): Amazing little weekends away! - Loved that it was central to everything and close to the beach. Kids loved it aswell. Location was amazing. And the aesthetics of the apartment. Was such a cute and comfortable stay.
- Giorgia (10/5): Beautiful weekend on the Gold Coast for a dance competition - Very beautiful place It’s was amazing really liked it
- Madason (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christina (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the vibe of the place and it was great to have be in walking distance to many different activities and restaurants
- Priya (7/5): Good - The location is excellent. Having a lift does make it convenient. The apartment has been renovated so feels fresh and welcoming! The host is very responsive and helpful. The building is old and some structural issues can be seen. We didn't feel safe venturing onto the balcony.
Parking is first come first serve. We got lucky finding a visitor spot! Minor issues.
It's not the best option for a family of young kids but seems great for a girls getaway or for couples.
- Jerica (10/5): We absolutely loved our stay at Paradise 31. Madalin was incredibly helpful whenever needed and would message back insta - The property was very tidy and had everything we need. It was also 2 min walk from the beach and was very central! Visitor parking is not always guaranteed. We had to pay to park at a building closeby as we couldn't find any available visitor parks.
- Lady (10/5): Exceptional - Pretty much everything, the interior was spectacular! M was super helpful too! Bath tub could do with a bit of an upgrade
- Gerschwitz (9/5): Superb -
- Julie (6/5): Pleasant -
- Maddy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sandra (10/5): A wonderful stay - The location , and the space in the unit Not having a set car space each time ,
- Shianne (10/5): The perfect place for a weekend in Gold Coast. The apartment was spotless, the decor was fun and inviting, and the locat - Everything was clean, the decor was fun and inviting, and it was in a great location!
- Sophie (9/5): Super conveniently located, clean and aesthetic apartment at an affordable price. - This apartment was in such an incredible location in the heart of the GC! Our group had an amazing stay and the host was very lovely. Perfect pink palace for a girls trip!
- Amanda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mikaela (7/5): Perfect location and Barbie Theme - The location and the apartment are fantastic, and it’s very well decorated. The host provides so many household items to make the stay carefree and relaxing. The host was very easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze The fans in the living room don’t work, and the balcony door doesn’t open fully which makes the whole living area a sweat box as there’s no aircon. There’s only one key to access the building, which is quite difficult when there’s four girls staying in a two bedroom apartment. The apartment also doesn’t come with a designated car park and there’s only about 3 visitor car parks (which tenants who live there occupy constantly). We managed to get a visitor car park and the tenant blocked us in intentionally and the building manager refused to help us leave the facility. I would recommend parking on the street or at Bruce Bishop Carpark instead.
- Becker (8/5): Very good -
- Edwin (8/5): Very good - Location, parking Batteries of some fans control does not work
- Pooventhran (8/5): Very good -
