- Veronica (8/5): - Love this location. You get a spectacular view of the Mooloolah River estuary as well as the beach all the way from Mooloolabah up to Coolum Beach We are kayakers. It was extremely difficult to get our kayaks into the car park, due to the low ceiling height, and then the access to the estuary is again very difficult. We had to haul our kayaks a long way. It would have been nice to have a secure side access door to the car park.

- Jing (8/5): Apartment has nice views even from the toilets - Nice view of the sunrise from the kitchen and sunset from the living room. Easy access to beach. Free Parking available too. The smaller bedroom doesn't have aircon, only 2 fans were provided.
