Facilities e.g The remote wasn't working properly and the stove.We stayed from 9am-18pm without electricity and the host didn't bother to update us with the power outage also when it rains there's a leakage overall the host was so bad.

- Masilo (5/5): The property was beautiful and comfortable. Rather the management was bad and simingly unprofessional for a place of tha - I didn’t like how untidy the place was like under the bed and around the couch. Bad network (WIFI) Hospitality was terrible

The curtains, cupboard and couch were dirty. There were cockroaches in the apartment. No load shedding backup Internet was horrible.

- Stout (1/5): I did not get to stay, booking was canceled last minute because of plumbing. - The communication. I booked way in advance. A day before( the evening) I was told there is a plumbing problem I will be refunded and have to find an alternative. I was not even from Gauteng. It was festive and most places were booked, I had to settle for something I did not intialy want and my Fiancé was not happy. I feel more could have been done since it was the night before my stay. Yes I got my refund, but it was the principle of customer service that I was not impressed with. We plan way ahead for stays especially during festive. The place looks great hence we were excited to book but we did not even get to experience it.

- Mbeje (5/5): great place in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything even Alexandra - Good Location, centrally located to either shopping malls, major transport routes and industrial parks, but is located in a very quiet neighborhood, you forget you are in Johannesburg. No sun goes into the unit so it's gets very cold during winter, but great for summer

- Sibongile (10/5): Exceptional - The room offered was really beautiful, neat, and very spacious. This accommodation is the perfect place to be home away from home if you want to relax and enjoy your own peace of time. I really liked how the room 6 designed as well. Had issues with some of the things, but assistance was provided immediately. My room did not have towels, which is an essential standard basic that needs to be in the room but was provided immediately upon request. Our fan was also not working, but a new one was provided immediately upon request. The shower cap is very short and doesn't not really accommodate tall people.
