• Nicole (8/5): Würden wieder kommen - Sehr schönes Hotel mit super Lage. Das Ambiente war insgesamt sehr angenehm und stilvoll. Der Check in verlief problemlos, auch online völlig unkompliziert. Das Zimmer war sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Ein fehlender Bademantel wurde nach Anfrage sofort organisiert, top Service. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und gut organisiert. Leere Speisen wurden stets schnell nachgefüllt und es gab genügend Platz für alle Gäste. Der Wellnessbereich war sehr schön. Die Sauna war top, das Personal hat regelmäßig sauber gemacht und frische Handtücher sofort bereitgelegt. Die Parkmöglichkeit war leider nicht vorhanden bzw. sehr unvorteilhaft gelöst. Im Wellnessbereich war das Wasser leicht grünlich, was optisch etwas irritiert hat, auch wenn ansonsten alles sauber war.

• Paul A. (8/5): - Good-sized, modern, well-equipped and confortable room, bathroom and corridor. Cosy spa, although rather small. Nice location in the immediate proximity of the promenade area. Hardly anybody speaks any English, so unless you speak Russian or a bit of German it is hard to communicate and misunderstandings may arise. Nobody came to clean the room, replace the towels and remove the garbage throughout our stay and it proved to be very challenging to request these basic things for.a 4 star hotel to the staff. In order to reach the room at the Boutique hotel (which is an annex to the main hotel) one has to take an elevator from the reception to the 3rd floor, walk through a corridor connecting the main building to the boutique hotel, climb a few stairs and then take another elevator.
• Milos Brno (4/5): - Lokalita skvělá, pokoj byl hezky zařízený, čistý, velký Při příjezdu nám bylo oznámeno, že i když jsme požadovali v rezervaci parkování, tak parkoviště je plné a možná následující den po odjezdu některých hostů bychom mohli zaparkovat. Jenom chci upozornit, že jedním z důvodu, proč jsme si hotel vybrali bylo, že poskytují parkování. Nakonec jsme parkovali na ulici cca 1km od hotelu. Na pokoji pro dva byl 1 sáček čaje u rychlovarné konvice, minibar byl prázdný, nikde žádný automat, kde by si člověk koupil třeba vodu... V ceně ubytování byl vstup do wellness, ale župany jsme si museli "vyžebrat" na recepci a papuče jsme nedostali vůbec /prý se stejně rozmočí/. Měli jsme objednanou jenom snídaní, tím pádem jsme neměli vstup do hlavní restaurace, a snídani jsme měli v malinkatém Loby baru, kde bylo jenom 5 stolů pro 14 lidí, takže jsme museli čekat, až někdo dojí... Celý personál byl rusky mluvící od recepce, přes číšnici u snídaní...Celkový dojem byl, že se jedná o hezký hotel na dobrém místě, ale současný provozovatel za mně rozhodně nenaplňuje hodnocení ****+

• Sergej (10/5): Мы всем остались довольны - Всем остались довольны! Завтраки были разнообразными и было всё вплоть до красной икры. Удобные матрацы и подушки. Пара шагов и ты в сказке. Сауна, джакузи, не большой бассейн и бесплатные напитки. Приятный персонал, со всеми вопросами помогали. Всем остались довольны

• Yana (10/5): - Sehr schönes, sauberes und gemütliches Hotel. Freundliches Personal, komfortable Zimmer und sehr gutes, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Pool, Whirlpool und Saunen sind top. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Wunderschöne Weihnachtsdekoration und tolle Atmosphäre. Sehr empfehlenswert!
• CAN (8/5): Karlsbad ist ein Schöne Stadt - Sehr Freundliche Personal ( Herr Antonio an der Rezeption sehr Hilfsbereit und Die Damen in Restaurant sehr Nett und Kunden orientiert) Das Hotel Zimmer mit Balkon war vollkommen ausreichend für Zwei Personen ( große Dusche) Das Hotel liegt wirklich zentral wo man fast überall in der Stadtmitte zu Fuß unterwegs sein kann, Der Diana Turm man kann anschauen aber nur bei gute Wetter empfehlenswert sonst umsonst 6,50 € pp. ausgegeben.bei Pizzeria La Famiglia unbedingt Pizza essen wäre mein Empfehlung.. Also der Hotel Parkplatz ist mühsam für ältere Personen weil man gewisse Höhen Machen muss zu Fuß Auto hin und zurück, Andere Thema was für mich wichtigste war ist der Massage was ich für meine Frau schon vor der Anreise reserviert habe und gleich bei Check in bezahlt habe aber LEIDER weiß ich nicht warum ich für 50 min.Massage € 87 € bezahlt habe obwohl dort bei medical Center in der Preisliste 46 € für gleiche Leistung verlangt wird daher der Hotel ist Top aber für zusätzliche Wünsche würde ich mit Vorsicht genießen.
• Jakub (1/5): Absolutně nedoporučuji. - Pěkný pokoj, příjemně vybavený, čistý. Otřesná kvalita snídaně, vpodstatě bez čerstvých surovin, bez doplňování. Personál neochotný, pouze rusky hovořící, bez reakce na češtinu, angličtinu, francouzštinu, němčinu.

• Monika (9/5): - Design pokoje, lokalita, pohodlné vybavení, čistota a prostorná koupelna. V apartmánu jsme byly 3, ale hrnečky byly 2, žádné vybavení v kuchyňské lince.
• Lilia (8/5): Schönes Hotel - Lage war super Zentral. Einrichtung war modern. Pool war super Personal bei Frühstück könnte freundlicher sein. Mussten etwas warten bis wir reinkonnten da alles besetzt war im Frühstücks Raum. Wurst und Käse war gegen 9 Uhr leer. Einzige Parkgarage die wir gefunden haben war oben auf dem Berg. Mit Gepäck sehr anstrengend hoch zu kommen
• Veronika (9/5): - Pohodlný a pěkný pokoj, postele utulné, skvělé snídaně. Ochotný a milý personal. Pěkné malé wellness. Výborné umístění hotelu přímo nad promenádou. Na pokoji bohužel prazdný minibar. Ani voda na přivitani na pití. A když jsme si chtěli udělat na pokoji aspoň čaj, bohužel žádné lžičky. V koupelně u vany chybělo mýdlo v davkovači. Ručniky byly poněkud drsnější, ale chápu že měkké ručníky... je výzva.

• Arnošt (8/5): Poměr cena výkon super. Ale par detailu … - Perfektní umístění. Skvělá lokalita. Byli jsme na dvě noci a neuklidili nám pokoj a nevyměnili ručníky. Na pokoji jsme byli 4 ale měli jsme jen 2 župany. Po vyžádání jsem dostali další. První den jsme šli na snídaně až kolem 9 a už bylo dost vyjedeno. Obsluha v restauraci s námi automaticky mluvila rusky 😑
• Ruth (9/5): Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. - Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, zentral gelegen. Die gebuchte Suite entspricht absolut den Abbildungen. Sie hat sogar zwei Balkone, im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer. Auch der Eingangsbereich ist sehr großzügig, genauso das Badezimmer mit viel Ablagefläche. Es sind zwei Kleiderschränke vorhanden, einer im Eingangsbereich, der andere im Schlafzimmer. Die beiden Zimmer haben eine tolle Beleuchtung, eine indirekte Beleuchtung über den Fenstern inklusive. Weiterhin stehen zwei flatscreen TVs zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück in der Loftbar war am zweiten Tag besser als am ersten, sehr überschaubar, aber an sich alles vorhanden. Der Spabereich ist etwas klein, aber gemütlich. Der Frühstücksraum in der Loft Bar hat nur ca. 20 Sitzplätze, vermutlich kommt es bei Vollbelegung zu Wartezeiten. Wartezeit hat man auch so an dem Kaffeevollautomaten. An einem Tag war der Orangensaft ziemlich wässrig, am anderen sehr gut. Die Servicekraft (ein junger Mann) am ersten Tag war nicht sonderlich aufmerksam, O-Saft wurde nur nach Nachfrage aufgefüllt, Brötchen gar nicht. Am nächsten Tag war eine sehr nette junge Frau da, die alles im Blick und im Griff hatte, sie füllte ständig nach und machte sauber. Im Spabereich gibt es leider viel zu wenig Sitz- bzw. Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Parkplatzsituation ist nicht optimal, aber das lässt sich nun mal durch die an sich ausgezeichnete Lage des Hotels nicht ändern.

• Ptrish (9/5): lovely accomodation in heart of Karlovy Vary - very convenient location- and lovely area. The spa was included with the reservation and very nice with good options. Our room which was in the boutique section was very spacious and modern with comfortable beds and tasteful furnishings.
