• Nadine (9/5): Ein sehr schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt mit toller Lage und Ausstattung – einzig die Ameisen waren störend. - Ich war mit meinem Sohn dort und wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr gepflegt, die Lage war perfekt und besonders die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet. Auch die Waschmaschine war ein großer Pluspunkt. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus waren ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Der Host war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. WLAN ist kostenfrei und ebenfalls super. Leider gab es ein Problem mit Ameisen, sowohl im Bett als auch in der Küche. Vermutlich kamen sie aus dem Abfluss. Sobald Essen oder Geschirr stehen blieb, waren sie schnell da, sogar in der Spülmaschine. Das war das einzige wirkliche Manko. Außerdem ist das Badezimmer etwas klein.

• Lui (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet neighborhood. Choice of warm or cool white lighting. Air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Laundry service on site. Host highly responsive. Squeaky beds but comfortable. Coffee pods provided did not fit the coffee machine.
• Nicoleta (10/5): Excellent stay - really worth the price! - Excellent stay, the unit is equipped with everything you need and even extra! You can also do laundry. Super clean, and very quiet at night. Some improvements that I could suggest: the bed/mattress in the bedroom next to the bathroom was very squeaky. It would be nice to have Netflix and Hulu already logged in at the TV.
• Aurelia (6/5): Nice place but really hard to get a good restful sleep - Safe residential area, plenty of street parking, lots of amenities in the house - washer , dryer, towels, soap, kitchen , TV, LED mirror. Staff was attentive and helped us out. The mattress felt like an air mattress placed on top of a wooden frame. It was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on because of the lack of back support and constant creaking sound. We couldn’t sleep well at all.. 😔The walls are thin, sometimes you can hear the other group of travellers. In one of the room, there was only 1 power outlet. Kind of weird. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who has back issues or need a proper foam mattress for a restful night.

We highly recommend this property and would definitely want to stay here again if we go back to LA. The internet is a bit slow. Prime Video was also lagging when we tried to watch something while waiting to use the toilet.

If you park on the street, take care to turn the car in the right direction, otherwise you can get a fine (like we did). Note that you are not renting the whole property as it has two units, but with separate entrances.

Each room felt generously sized, allowing for both relaxation and socializing. Whether it was the cozy living room or the well-appointed bedrooms, there was ample space to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The modern touches throughout the house were also impressive. From the sleek kitchen appliances to the stylish decor, every detail had been carefully curated to create a contemporary yet inviting atmosphere. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location of the house was another plus point. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Yet, it was still conveniently located near amenities and attractions, making it easy to explore the area.
