• Nazar (7/5): Загалом може бути. Поправте ситуацію з запахом в помешканні. Зробіть нормальну процедуру поселення. І відкоригуйте ціну - Впринципі непогано. Нюанс то що це в підвалі і є трохи запах сирості. Але є багато всяких потрібних штук: пралка, праска, дошка для прасування, гриль, сушка, кавомашина (на капсули. Дві капсули в welcome box), холодильник, wifi. Хочуть фото документів. І великий туристичний збір. І також то що присутній запах сирості. І дуже швидко потрібно виселятися. Також складності з поселенням. Потрібно всякої багато інформації. І ціна досить висока, бо ще окремо треба платити збір. Якось нелогічно брати такий великий збір туристичний , в порівнянні з ціною за ніч.

• Patricia (4/5): - Intentan disimular las humedades con decoración, al menos se preocupan de qué no sean tan evidentes. La humedad de las instalaciones, olía fatal el baño, las habitaciones y baño con manchas de húmedas, es lógico, son unos apartamentos en unos bajos, la habitación llena de mosquitos que no nos dejaban dormir, matamos unos 5 y aún quedaban más. El colchón era muy incómodo, se hacía como un agujero en medio, esto podría mejorarse fácilmente.
• Alex (3/5): - El barrio smse sentía seguro y relativamente bien conectado El lugar es un sótano, no tiene ventanas. Está en el espacio de las antiguas bodegas del edificio, es oscuro, con muy poca ventilación, no se ve limpio y hay mucho olor a humedad. Camas muy incómodas y las toallas tenían olor a humedad. No me volvería a quedar ahí y no lo recomiendo. No se pueden dejar maletas luego del check out.

• Imola (3/5): Very Disappointing Experience - The location is good, close to the metro and a very nice area. The rooms are in a basement, and it was honestly unbearable. The air was awful: damp, musty, and stale. The walls had clear water stains, and the entire space had a damp, moldy smell. We even considered booking somewhere else because the feeling in the room was so uncomfortable. It was difficult to relax with such a negative atmosphere. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

• Jessica Bachega (7/5): Bom para ficar poucos dias - Perto de paradas de ônibus e metrô. Quarto de bom tamanho e espaço aparentemente seguro. O atendimento via whatsapp era bem rápido e claro, assim como selfie check-in para entrar no quarto, que fica numa casa com outros 5 quartos, em uma "vila" de casas. O bairro é bem iluminado e tranquilo. Havia água, café, chás e biscoitinhos qdo chegamos A iluminação no banheiro não era boa. O cômodo tinha espaço do vaso e banheira separados por cortina e só uma lâmpado, o que deixava o local de banho um tanto escuro. A taxa de turismo estava descrita no anúncio, mas não dito se tinha que ser em cash ou cartão, o que nos deu um leve constrangimento para pagar por link depois da saída, pois era o último dia e não tínhamos mais dinheiro vivo. Nas outras acomodações pagamos tudo com cartão. Porém, tudo foi resolvido sem maiores problemas.

• Jacek (7/5): Ogólnie okej, gdyby nie złośliwość losu - Blisko do metra Czekaliśmy godzinę na instrukcje jak dostać się do pokoju, kiedy w tym czasie zostaliśmy bardzo nie miło przywitani przez mieszkańca bloku, zaczął nas obrażać, ze nas tu w ogóle nie powinno być i że jesteśmy oszustami, kiedy tylko siedzieliśmy i czekaliśmy. Zepsuł nam tym dzień, na koniec zabrakło prądu przez co nie mogliśmy się normalnie przygotować do podróży ale myślę że innym się to wszystko nie przytrafi.

• Alain (5/5): Ok pour un séjour très court mais à oublier si vous êtes allergique aux moisissures. - Emplacement bien situé. Communication avec le loueur efficace. Équipements relativement neufs. Literies OK. L’accès au local est un jeu de piste à 4 clés et au vu des portes, venir avec une grosse valise est une utopie. Le local en sousplex sent l'humidité et les soupirails des chambres retransmettent tous les bruits de la rue.

The welcoming basket was also really nice The kitchen lacked spices to cook (especially salt) and there wasn't any paper towels for most of our stay. The door of one of the bathrooms is unable to lock making it very inconvenient to use. We didn't meet any staff, so the stay felt a bit impersonal.

• Cordier (3/5): L'idée était bonne mais la réalisation ne permet pas un séjour correct... - Points positifs : salle commune avec cuisine fonctionnelle et équipée, réactivité des loueurs quand on les a contactés, espace et ameublement correct. Points négatifs : chambre sans fenêtre ni aération. En sous sol, on s'attend évidemment à un peu d'humidité mais on s'imagine que c'est bien entretenu et bien aménagé pour éviter les moisissures... Malheureusement, la réalisation est mal faite, énormément énormément de moisissures, on suffoquait dans la chambre malgré le ventilateur avec la chaleur et l'humidité, les serviettes de douche ne séchaient pas, bref... Beaucoup de plantes en plastique ou autre "jolies choses au mur" pour cacher le désastre... Étant asthmatique ce fut vraiment compliqué ces 2 nuits.

• Arjan (7/5): Good - Good communication, close to City Life district and mall Kitchen area is very clean Various sounds / noises can be heard from other rooms or neighbours which impacts your sleep. So, recommended to bring ear plugs. Bathroom facilities are ok - but not super modern anymore.

• Zara (7/5): Reasonable accomodation. Fine for a short stay around 1-2 days. Could be better. - The location was great, with a 40-45 minute walk to the center of Milan. The room was small, but had all the necessities such as a TV, coffee machine, kettle, towels etc. They supplied a washing machine & dryer which was very convenient. The kitchen too was spacious and had all the utensils for cooking if you want to save money on eating out. Check in was simple, recieved the keys and opened a few doors to get to the basement apartment. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. There were cobwebs on the plastic vines above the shower, and the toilet wasn’t bleached and had stained brown residue. The bathtub also had black residue that had to be showered down the drain.
• Juliette (10/5): Exceptional - Room, bathroom, and common areas were sparkling clean. Bed was very comfortable! You are pretty much underground so don't expect a light-filled room but for a landing pad it's really perfect. You'll have to pay a tourist tax too (4.5 EUR/person). Shower drain was a little clogged, but nothing else to report

• Tautvydas (9/5): Superb - Clean, cozy rooms, all necessary appliances are within reach, nice gifts. The room could use a better ventilation system, the refrigerator sometimes becomes loud so if you are a light sleeper you might not enjoy it.

• Kissane (8/5): Good stay with problematic arrival processes - Comfortable facility, decent location. Getting in was a nightmare, as the facility required photo ID and paid tourist tax to be done electronically prior to giving details of keys and could only do so via WhatsApp. Messages on booking.com did not suffice. My WhatsApp has changed (twice) since leaving home where I made the booking. They did not advise me of these requirements or the WhatsApp expectation long enough in advance to be useful. Problems were eventually solved by use of email and by telephone conversations. After six weeks in Italy, this was easily the least convenient process I encountered. Very very irritating. The staff person I eventually contacted by phone was nice - I’m not shooting the messenger.

• Irene (8/5): Good place in general - It was really big, clean and with so many facilities to cook. The bathrooms were also really good The walls were extremely thin, it was like paper, you could literally listen to the people in the kitchen, not about the ones next room.

• Daniel (10/5): I stayed four nights and it was excellent value given the amenities and location - The location is excellent- close multiple train stations, a shopping district and reasonably close to the centre of town. Sforzesco Castello is 10 to 15 minutes walk through leafy suburbs, with innumerable attractions dotting the way. The location is relatively secluded from heavy traffic, everywhere is accessible by foot. There's an attractive garden in the courtyard adjacent to main accommodation door way. Rooms are spacious enough and comfortable, equipped with a television and barfridge. The double bed is capacious. , The building itself has some odd locks to access the street, which take some getting used to. The owner however provides detailed instructions about which key goes where, overcoming this pretty minor inconvenience.

• Ancuta (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed comfortably in this property. excellent value for money. I found a welcome basket upon my arrival much appreciated. I found the coffee machine in the room with some pods offered and a very useful kettle.. There is a small laundry room in the structure and the shared kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
