- hedivan (6/5): - Localização e infra estrutura do condomínio A casa praticamente não goza de manutenção ! Dos 7 ar condicionados , apenas 4 funcionam e com baixo rendimento , só possui uma única tv nos 7 quartos que funciona , os móveis estão bem sucateados , as portas quebradas , com fissuras , tudo por falta de manutenção ! Um belo patrimônio , deteriorado por falta de manutenção !
