- Sergio (10/5): Ótima experiência - Excelente localização, condominio pé na areia, super ventilado e sem barulho! Tudo conforme mostra as imagens. O anfitrião Claudio Freitas bastante atencioso e cordial, nos atendendo sempre prontamente. A cobertura é ampla com jacuzzi, só faltou uma churrasqueira elétrica. Fica a 10 minutos da Rua da Xepa. O prédio tem elevador e carrinhos para os hóspedes carregarem as bagagens. A equipe de funcionários é atenciosa e educada. Ao chegarmos, sem sinal de internet, o anfitrião Claudio Freitas super solícito, conseguiu chamado junto a operadora que realizou a troca do roteador no outro dia. A cobertura e a jacuzzi necessitavam de limpeza. O sistema de hidromassagem da jacuzzi não estava funcionando, placa estava queimada conforme relato do zelador.
