Freda (4/5): It could have been better! - The property is very central, just about 5 minutes from Stratford International. The host accepted early check-in for a fee, and ended up not taking it because of a few issues. The water heater was not working, we reported it to the host by calling several times without response. We sent a message to the host via booking.com, he responded and said he would send someone to check, which he did not do. We therefore ended up not being able to take a shower throughout the duration of our stay since it was a rainy weekend, and thus very cold.
