Roman (4/5): Zentrale Lage, enttäuschender Gesamteindruck - Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Lage in Penzberg ist sehr zentral und der Bahnhof befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Zugang zur Wohnung erfolgt über eine Passage in einem Hinterhof. Direkt vor der Eingangstür befindet sich der Entsorgungsplatz, der insgesamt einen ungepflegten Eindruck macht. Die Stellplätze in der Tiefgarage sind sehr eng; zudem waren einige davon mit Sperrmüll, Gegenständen oder Reifen belegt, weshalb wir die Tiefgarage nicht genutzt haben. Der Weg vom Treppenhaus in die Tiefgarage führt durch einen kleinen Raum, in dem ein sehr unangenehmer Schimmelgeruch wahrnehmbar ist. Diese Tür stand wiederholt offen, sodass sich der beißende Geruch im gesamten Treppenhaus ausbreitete. Die Wohnung selbst war nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Zu Beginn roch es nach kaltem Rauch und auf dem Terrassentisch stand eine Bierdose, die offenbar als Aschenbecher genutzt worden war.

Michaela (10/5): Hervorragend - Die Wohnung entspricht komplett dem Angebot. Alles vom buchen, einchecken und auch die Abreise war komplett unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit wirklich allem was man sich wünschen kann. Wir sind begeistert und werden diese Wohnung öfter buchen. Es gibt absolut nichts auszusetzen.
