• Tebogo (5/5): Not comfortable - Convenience and close to the mall and Rosebank Church I did not like the fact that I never had time to myself. I was asked to pay a refundable deposit of R2000 for damages incase I have damaged one of their properties, today I haven’t received it back from. They asked me to send proof of payment of which I did, I even extra mile to ask the bank to trace it, the bank shared that they were credited and still maintained their statement to say they received the money! Every day they would sent me a message about something. I dis not enjoy my stay at the Terrace 110. I have stay in other apartments in the Terrace but I never experienced this.

The only downside is that the other apartments are easily accessible to young adults who are there to have a good time, so they tend to occupy the pool area and can be quite noisy in the corridors.

• Laulee (7/5): It was a business trip, so we left at 7 - Not applicable Not enough support when we arrived at the building. Was told to ask the Security guard and he wasnt very helpful. The keys with the remote - should have given info on which is the remote in and out button. Taking a damage deposit and having nobody to hand over the property to ensure everything is working and in good order is not good. The kettle button was broken and I was asked if I broke the button. Whereas this should have been checked and reported and replaced before Guests arrive.

As an internal client there are cut off times for internal transfers . That means reservations made after the cut off time ,i will not be able to pay the deposit thus will not be allowed enty into the premises.

• Lehlohonolo (7/5): Great place but can improve - The location and the apartments are beautiful. 1. The response of the hosts is very slow. 2. Heaters were not working and the apartment gets very cold. 3. The shower doors open inwardly which makes it difficult for an adult to get into the shower.

There was maintenance being done on our check in, the flat still had not been cleaned, there was hair all over the floor, I had to ask the cleaning lady to sweep again. The sheets had stains on them and the pots were rusted/dirty.

Their photos make justice to the place. close to a lot of shops and other wanted facilities (Ex: 10 minutes drive from Mandela Square) Air conditioning is needed ASAP. We were hot during the night and the fans are noisy and unpleasant.

• Lebogang (8/5): Good value for money and spacious - It’s spacious, good WiFi as it was a working holiday. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, most of utilities required for a comfortable stay. Although I received the instructions for wifi etc before the day of arrival, the checkin process could be improved. Knowing the code for the gate (if any) when we had two cars it was a bit difficult as there’s only one set of keys. The cleaning lady arriving before checkout time.

The instructions to enter the property and where to park and collect the keys weren't very clear. We had to contact the property manager. Would have liked being sent a message beforehand with clear instructions.

Beds were comfy and wardrobe space more than adequate. The cleaner did an amazing job, and it was also near to supermarkets and easy directions for Uber. The need to remember the exit code every time when leaving felt a bit stressful but understandable for the sake of security.
