• Ltd (1/5): Terrible - Large space The door could not open due to technicial issues , host not willing to help , need to wait 3 hours but problem not solve. Have to book another hotel instead to wait to waste time. So many guest got the same problem. Have to do check in very far with the property.
• Alex (5/5): Passable - Check-in process. The check-in must be done far from the booking location. During git, the staff just gave a link to see a video on YouTube that explains how to open the door of the apartment. We lost a lot of time going to meet the staff to just do check-in

• Искрицкий (2/5): Very poor - Location is very good No feedback from host. We booked the apartment for 4 persons, but we have had three bed sheets. We asked few times to bring us one more, but host didn’t communicate with us and didn’t solve this problem. One of us was sleeping on dirty mattress for bed without sheet and pillowcase. And also we didnt have enough towels. We was very upset, because our problem was being ignored. The only plus is good location of the apartment.
• Sharon (6/5): Good location for a long weekend away. - Spacious and good location. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Good amenities. When folding the sofa bed up, underneath was extremely filthy. Paid for early check in (1pm) and didn’t receive key and couldn’t enter the property until 2pm, so paid €15 that wasn’t adhered too. Construction noise on Monday was really loud.

• Alban (1/5): Difficulty getting in. Virtual key was not activated by the owner and hidden fees charged - Nothing We were robbed. We were charged a fee of 50 euro for late checking despite that the virtual key was noy activated. One bypasser oppend us the door and we got in. A verg very bad behaviour from the owner. I would not reccomend it to anyone. We were told during the booking process that there will be additional fees for late checking. The owner sent a link in stripe and asked us to pay 50 euro. We did pay it but we were totally surprised for this charge. The virtual key did not work correctlly and we had problems getting in. Booking.com should exclude this property from its list
