• Zulaikha (1/5): very dissapointing - never go to enter the place as the place i paid was already occupied when we arrived. i made payment for a three room apartmnt. the owner rented the same apartment to two parties at the same time. i paid for three rooms but as a comepnsation i was given two rooms. as it was past midnight and i travelled with a kid and old parents. didn find it convenient or comforatble either

• Mitra (2/5): Very poor - House overall was clean and very near to our location of interest House was not fully equipped and some electronics are not functioning. 2nd room Bathroom light not functioning. Iron with water leakages. Master bedroom toilet flush not working and the window blind has been fixed only halfway, so the morning sun directly shined to us and night couldn’t really sleep because of the outside lights.

• Greg (4/5): For the price paid , it was just passalble but could be so much better with some attention to detail - Location was good, close to a large shopping centre. The bed was comfortable. There was a good sized fridge Cleanliness was not great, dirty floors in the bathroom. kitchen was not clean. No mattress and pillow protectors, no toaster, no microwave, no coffee cups, kitchen utensils were not clean. Lounge setting was very uncomfortable to sit on. There was a delivery of two matresses to the apartment during my stay. I felt this was not appropriate during my stay especially as I was not notified by the owners and had to sign for the delivery.

When check in that time meet a lots of problem, make us delay go for our activities. The homestay smelly. Don’t have hair dryer in the house.

• Tracellia (7/5): The place and its rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the host was just one text away if needed. We had an enjoyable - The place was clean and neat. The host was always accommodating, answering all our enquiries even at odd hours. The place itself was comfortable for our family stay. A perfect spot for a weekend getaway or if you’re attending concerts and shows at Bukit Jalil National Stadium. The host needs to provide mirror in all rooms. The property has only one mirror which is in the master bedroom’s toilet. For check in process, the host needs to be more specific in providing thorough details of the directions in checking in process. Even though with the provided pdf, we followed their guidelines but had a Sherlock Holmes moment on searching for mailbox as there we no signs at the lobby.
