• otis (9/5): Well attended to - I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this comfy 2-bedroom apartment near Cairo International Airport. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and very well equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable, the living area was cozy, and having two bedrooms made it perfect for our group of four. After long days exploring Cairo, it was such a relief to come back to a place that felt so relaxing and homely. The location was also very convenient, especially being so close to the airport, which made both arrival and departure very easy for us. What truly made the stay exceptional, however, was the host. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and supportive throughout our entire trip. She was always available to answer questions and check that everything was going smoothly for us. One moment that really stood out was late one night when the four of us were struggling to book an Uber. Without hesitation, she stepped in and went out of her way to help arrange the ride for us, making sure we got where we needed to go safely. That level of care and attentiveness made us feel genuinely looked after. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort, convenience, and such outstanding hospitality. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Cairo, especially if you want a stress-free stay near the airport with a host who truly cares about her guests. It’s a very spacious flat, easily suitable for more than four people. The building is old but has a unique charm, and it’s located in a modest, authentic neighborhood with no tourist crowds. • Yousef (2/5): Worst apartment ever - The location is very close to airport and blue bus stops. The apartment is not clean and very old. We were there in December, it was very cold and there is only one heater. The windows are not sealed so cold air can go in easily. The beds are old and dirty. This apartment should not be on Booking.com, unfortunately Booking.com began accepting low quality apartment. Definitely you should avoid this apartment.

• Vicki (9/5): Superb - The host and staff so accommodating and communicative. Big comfortable apartment. Close to many restaurants and mini markets. All rooms smelled heavily of smoke and ash trays were available, even though advertised as non-smoking. No coffee or tea available.
• Armand (1/5): Avoid this place at all cost! - The property did not let us in. We arrived at 1am in the morning and after having confirmed and arranged with the property about our late arrival, we were very disappointing to find out that our host did not care to open the door or accept our phone calls. After waiting for 1 hr, with a crying baby at 1 am in the morning, we booked at Hilton nearby for 300€/night. I should say that accommodation like this are only alive because booking.com allowed them to be, as it turned out, the same happened to Sara which left a review on Oct3rd2023 about the same thing that happed to us. This is my first and hopefully last bad review. Stay somewhere else!

Bedroom Windows are broken and can’t be closed properly to block out noise and smells from bar. Smells came into rooms making the air disgusting and too noisy to sleep.Air conditioning in both bedrooms was broken, therefore too hot to sleep. Duvets without covers and not washed - washable cover sheets should be put on the beds instead. Very expensive for the quality of apartment. Seems to just be pricy due to proximity to airport.

• Skyler (10/5): Don’t let the Lack of reviews scare you off! - Don’t let the lack of reviews turn you off about this place! WWOW! AMAZING VALUE. The view is INCREDIBLE! You have restaurants at the bottom of the building, even a circle K. The private beach you have access to is soooo nice, the TWO pools they have on the property are 🔥. Seriously, one of THE BEST apartments we stayed in while in Egypt. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The communication with the owner via WhatsApp was a breeze. We even hired them to cook us breakfast for two mornings and it was soo good! We will be back for sure! Absolutely nothing :)

It was on the other side of our bathroom and so hard that little pieces of the wall in our bathroom started to fall off! The pillows need changing
• Sara (1/5): This is a sham. This is fraud. This residents does not exist. - This property is fake. we called the property several times and spoke to someone who represented the property. When we arrived in Cairo, we had our driver take us to the address as listed in the advertisement. We went so far as to go inside the building knock on the door that appeared to be the manager or owners of home and there was no response. This is at 3 AM in the morning and we continued to knock until 3:30 AM. There was no response. The building was extremely run down in poor condition and smelled of bowel movements. The area was very dangerous and not well lit so we ended up having to go stay at the Radisson for $550 for one night. This is a non-existent property buyer beware! After calling, and speaking to someone at the end of the phone, we were told that we would get the exact arrival instructions. Once we telephoned the number we were speaking on, and let them know we were arrived. We did just that, and there was no answer at the phone. We told the property early on that it would be a very late arrival. But that didn’t seem to matter as once we arrived. There was no response and no actual property to stay in the place was it Like a dated old building and we ended up having to find whatever room was available which happened to be the Radisson at that particular time and it was 550 for the night

Will be my next choice when visiting Egypt , close to airport and many grocery stores and restaurants( - Easy checking in and checking out Very accommodating, I arrived late ( midnight) , welcomed with a big smile by the owner . Property very clean , you feel you are at your own home. Great decoration , the apartment has all you need for your family stay . Close by many grocery stores and restaurants ( walking in ) . This trip was part of my summer holiday with the family this year , stayed in many different hotels and apartments ( Egypt - Belgrade and Switzerland ) this one can beat all by price, cleanliness and owner hospitality. Will definitely be my choice in next trip to Egypt. Don’t have enough vacation credit days to stay longer . 😉

• Harsheel (7/5): Mixed feelings - The location was close to airport. The staff: both the owner and the assistant were very helpful. She also came with me to the nearest supermarket to buy some essentials. The owner changed the apartment on the last day due to some water issue and the quality of the replacement that he gave was much lower than the pictures displayed in the booking despite it being a 3bedroom apartment. He was ready to refund me the money however, being 10pm at night I was left with little options. The apartment was dusty, the lifts to the apartment had no doors. Which was concerning as I travelled with a 6yr old. The hot water never worked in the bathroom. We left early next morning at 5am back to the airport and hence it didn't affect us more. However, had I got more time I would have made other arrangements.

It was quite challenging to check in, as there were also no signs which indicated that you are at the right address. After calling the Owner (very good english) a Lady came to check us in, but she Unfortunately spoke no english except than asking for tips. Room was as in the pictures but there was no toilet paper and the pillows were super hard.

Good for airport transfer and stay with families where you need to cook and large space to move around. It's far from tourist circuit of cairo and giza. I choose it because I wanted a comfortable place near the airport. The owners mark and Sarah were very very helpful. Our flight from Aaswan was delayed and they communicated with us on whatsapp that checkin is not a problem. I wish we could have stayed a little longer

They allowed us early check inn at 11 :00 am Apartment's size is huge The apartment wasn't clean at all, floors and furniture were dirty thought we reserved and checked in within 24 hrs. cooking pans and pots where badly scratched and totally damaged not safe for cooking, we couldn't use them. No heating system in winter, we stayed in early march and wheather was a little bit cold during night. Nore the price was very cheap 40 usd per day
• Rina (10/5): It was the most heartwarming stay! - Due to flight delays, our arrival time was almost 3 hours later than scheduled(We arrived at the inn at 1:30 am), but the owner(?) of the inn was willing to accommodate us. He was also very kind in replying to our chat on the Booking app, even though the wifi connection we were using was poor and we could not make smooth contact with him. We had a wonderful time, even though we only stayed at the inn for about 5 hours in real time due to an early morning departure. The location is very close to the airport and I would definitely stay there again if I visit Cairo again. The inn was very spacious, more than enough for two people. The wifi connection was the best of all the accommodations we stayed in during our stay in Egypt. Since it is not a hotel, but there was no toilet paper.

Mark is very helpful and quick to respond. We arrived around 0330 due to a late flight, we were thirsty & Mark insisted on going to the store to get us water. We appreciated his kind gesture as he didn't have to do that. I would definitely stay here again!!! Nothing! Everything was great!
