- Adrian (4/5): Bad customer service/attention to customer/really dirty pool - Close to our planned activities. We chose to book this villa because we planned to have a day where we just chilled and rested. Our plans involved using the pool. When we got there, I noticed that the pool was off(not the spa or special jets). The system was not circulating the water therefore, the chlorine and dirt was just sitting there. I called the number and the person on the other side said he didn't know much about the pool. We ended up not using the pool (I paid a good amount of money to use all the amenities). I called 2 more times the next day to get someone to come and turn the filter/pool system on but no one answered and no one called me back. I will not be booking there again.
